Incorrect order turned into opportunity to wow. I placed an order via the app, but the chips was incorrect (order their delicious cheesy chips with jalapeno bits - you must try it #amazing). Anyway, when I got my order from the very friendly delivery driver I was sad to not have my delicious chips.

normally receive great service and food from this store. Yesterday we bought two king steer burgers and you could taste the buns are not fresh. This one, small bad experience wont prevent me from going there again

I ordered a burger with extra bacon and a extra patty and when I received the burger it was missing both, so I called them and they said they would come to my location and replace it which I was happy with, when they arrived I was surprised that they gave me a giant 3 patty burger with and extra pat
