Small fast food outlet selling a variety of delicious Portuguese chicken dishes. It takes about 30 minutes for your meal to be ready but the food is really worth the wait.

They have stepped up their game!! Really well impressed with the service. Lately we have never had an incorrect order or sat waiting for ages. The chef gets the chicken perfect and always adds lashings of extra sauce!

I went to Somerset Mall for some shopping Lots of variety and then needed lunch. The Nando's was really good. The staff were really helpful and friendly and took their time to explain the menu. Then if you eat in they give you a buzzer to alert you when the food is ready but on top of the alert the food is also delivered to your table just after. So cool

Very pleasant experience. Service was friendly at the till and we did not have to wait very long for the food to come. They have a great system, and everyone one knows what they need to do. The food was also great and the portions seemed more than other Nando's branches.

Food was warm, takeaway didn't take long and the queue was nice and short. Very convenient if you're hungry. Also killer peri-wedges. Just amazing, but a tad over seasoned though.

Thank you for the service recovery after we were disappointed by uber eats by not delivering our order yet on their app it showed delivered. Nandos staff made calls to uber eats to no satisfaction. They gladly did my order again very quick. Very efficient staff

The best Nando's in the area. We have one just around the corner from our home but we will drive all the way to the mall to get Nando's because we get what we pay for and never have to beg for extra sauce. They also have really great service.

Make the right choice when you get to the food court. I am in no way disappointed with the quality of their food and service. And a big shout out to their staff.

Nando's never disappoints. Crispy chips, juicy chicken and great service! Their new boujee bowl is delicious too.

As a family we always eat at Nando's Somerset, staff are great...the Manager could show more interest in the customers, and not become passive aggressive when order are wrong and customers send it back...we do pay ...😒 it's not for FREE...c'mon now, customer service is key

I love Nando's. And the Nando's in Somerset is a lovely place to go to. There is no seating area in Nando's but in the food court. Staff are very friendly.

This Nandos is fast, with friendly staff. They give you a small device that beeps and vibrates when the food is ready to collect so that you can go sit and relax while waiting.

Quick efficient service. We didn't wait long for our order. Friendly and helpful staff.

Fast, efficient service on a Saturday as well as very friendly waiters and manager! Food was good (Sunrise and Kahuna Wraps) and the chocolate bliss was the best I've had from all branches. Well done with this store!

I had my usual Vitamin See smoothie which is always a winner no matter which Kauai I go to. Its like none of them can get it wrong.<br/><br/>For the wife I ordered a matcha mint smoothie. I had some of it and whilst the taste isn't bad it has this weird powdery texture. Not sure if it's supposed to be like that but will never order it again.

So Kauai in Somerset Mall had a revamp. It looks good. Over the span of 2 years they have changed. I used to buy a lot from them as they are around the cnr frm me and I love healthy breakfasts and fresh food (no greasy bfasts). The wraps are indeed fresh but I feel I dont get my money's worth anymore. R60 for a Harvest wrap..(low carb wrap)and my problem was that 1. A LOT of greens made up the majority of the wrap 2. I had to search for the feta and a small little slice of avo 3. The "egg mayo" sauce was a little thin whitish water. That wrap was worth R30 not R60 and I can do better at home. I will try another branch or Mugg and Bean maybe they are more generous with their ingredients.

Sjoe decided to get a smoothie before a movie and boy was it not the usual service! The guy who was taking our order was quite disinterested and not keen on helping us!!! None the less got the smoothie, it was a bit watered down and not the usual service....

Service and attitude from staff leaves much to be desired! Unable to use wi-code yesterday, as they were offline. Same excuse this morning, another client requested that they try - turns out the system was in fact online again. Had to call staff from the back, to add to order. Disappointed!

Kauai has really great healthy smoothies. Love having them after a great workout. Service is of top qaulity however very dissapointed with new menu as they have taken alot of my favourite smoothies off the menu plus the price has nearly doubled.

Kauai is a great place to go if you're looking for a healthy bite to eat! They have yummy wraps and smoothies and I'd definitely recommend the princess wrap.
