I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken strips at Crossley and Sons in Somerset West.

Ordered some pastries the other evening. The lemon meringue was so yummy, very tart curd and such a soft and smooth meringue.
Also ordered a cashew nut, chocolate tart which apparently was a bit of an experiment and it was really delicious.

I knew from the moment the James Sadler Tea Pots hit the table that I was going to give Crossley’s a 5 star review. One cannot underestimate the importance of a good cup of tea, served in a beautiful tea pot.

My favorite place of all time! It's a beautiful little Cafe with the best croissants, pastries and delicious food. The food is very affordable and always top quality. And ofcourse we always order tea because who doesn't love a little whimsical teapot 🫖
Excellent coffee☕️. My go to place for the last month. If you’re looking for something different, look no further. I’d say Crossley & Sons is a boutique Café/Bakery . It gives of an unique atmosphere with its decor, great service and reasonable prices!

What a beautifully decorated shop. The food is lovely and well priced. The staff is enthusiastic and friendly. I love coming here for a quick coffee and a croissant. I daren't try the chocolate cake for I might just then die of happiness!
