Huge Woolworths. It has most departments - men, women, kids, food court, groceries, home, beauty and skin. Trenery and Country Road too. Great service and very clean. Huge kudos to Cybil. She helped me find what may have been the last pair of shoes stocked in the size and colour I was looking for. Great attitude and humour- she’s a star!

Woolworths is a brand that says it all. Thank you for providing excellent service and quality items and fresh foods, which are not always out of my price range. The training your staff receives is displayed in the service one gets there.

Always wonderful service The restaurant staff is always curtious Nd kind. Always willing to go the extra mile.. Good coffee.. Wish was more Halal meals though as we go there so often

There's this winning recipe with Woolworths stores and the above-mentioned does not shy away from the level of class it offers. It's a very convenient spot to shop.

We love going to Woolworths at Waterstone. Fantastic shopping experience, from butchery to cashiers. Management are always on hand, and all staff working and stocking shelves are well trained and willing to help. Shout out to the friendly cashiers. The Lockes

The store has great customer service and brings so much convenience , iyou can literally find everything in one shop. They have clothes, food and beverages , and a very nice coffee shop ☺ . I love their hot chocolate by the way 😋 ☺

Well-stocked. Has plenty of high end clothing brands: Trenery, Country Road, Guess, Levi’s etc. Large selection of make-up, including Estée Lauder. There is also a Woolworths coffee shop within the store should you wish to stop for a bite to eat.

My family and I were in the midst of pre-Xmas shopping mayhem and all we wanted was a quick bite to eat before heading into the next store. We waited forever for menus. I decided it would be quicker to just grab a plate from the harvest table instead. Was done eating and sat waiting 15min for 2 chicken burgers, only to come out and advise us that they had one more crispy chicken burger left! Wow! Then carried on waiting another 20min for the one chicken burger to be made. Waited another eon for the bill. <br/><br/>This is not a quick bite to eat - unless you’re dishing from the harvest table and getting up to pay your bill. <br/><br/>Will likely not return.

This Woolworths is considered the "flag ship" of Woolworths in the Mother City, unfortunately it's cafe doesn't reflect that.<br/><br/>Food is great. The Waiters unfortunately are poor. <br/><br/>I come here about 4 times a week in the evening for about the past 2 months and I am usually left waiting in excess of 5 min before getting seated or when I am seated punctually I wait in excess of 15 - 20 min to be served (usually only by my own intervention).<br/><br/>If I could give feedback it would be to communicate better and be more aware of your surroundings. <br/><br/>The kitchen staff should keep up the good work.

Very disappointing. If you're in the restaurant business and you have x amount tables, irrespective of how full you are you should be able to wait on each and every one of those tables. It should never be your patrons problem that you're unable to cope. Start coping, get more wait staff, start to understand the in and outflow of your patrons, when you're busy and when you're less so. Cold coffee is crappy, you should not be serving it. Wake up Woolworths, you're starting to become less than mediocre. This is the second outlet I'll start to avoid.

We went to this Woolworths Cafe branch for a quick lunch at their harvest table. The food was fresh and very tasty and they had a good variety of salads and warm foods along with toasted flat bread with hummus. They were very busy so it took the waiter a while to bring us some water but overall a good experience.

"Service is terrible but the great tasting food makes up for it" was what a local told me as we sat down. Had two sarmies and two red cappuccinos. They all were really amazing. Awesome view and the Woolies shop is to die for

I'm fast becoming a fan of the Woolworths Cafe's as they're the most dependable coffee shops in malls - with far better coffee and food than anyone else! Sadly, my experience of this branch was below the standard I've experienced around Cape Town. I had to ask to be seated and for menu's and the food, whilst maintaining the usual flavours, was smaller than usual and without garnish. The quality of the food and coffee combined with the value is still worth a visit, but in my experience W Cafe's are better than this.

Great coffee and sandwiches. Lovely chiabatta bread. Ive also had their freshly squeezed juices before which are fantastic. It was insanely busy but the staff coped well and were attentive.

@waterstone poor service<br/>After phoning so many times and being put through to so many ppl, then spending time listening to random cafe conversations whilst on hold, as I was hoping for literally anyone to answer... Just to find out what the soup of the day was?<br/>How does only one person know what the soup of the day is?<br/>For a flagship store? Very poor service!
