Review Tallahassee Spur Steak Ranch - Somerset West

Tallahassee Spur seems to fit well into its new location in the mall, even though it’s just across from where it was. Food portions were very generous and delicious. It’s good to see management making an extra effort. Service was also sharp and seemed to have improved from the past. In fact, the wait for the food was hardly noticeable and that was appreciated. It’s a bit tight to move around in the store if you’re a wheelchair user, but once yo’re seated it’s much better. However, a big negative (not their fault) is the building of the Checkers FX and the drone of the drilling and hammering negatively impacts on the Spur experience. The building should be done by November 2023, so hopefully after that, it will once again deliver a great experience.

Food was great. Had the famous Spur Wings and my wife the Dubble Rib Burger. Esona, our Waiter was friendly and very helpfull. Lack of music was a downside as I enjoy some background music while I have something to eat.

Great Experience today! From the moment we entered the line (yes there was queue) we were met with friendly and welcoming staff. Our waiteress, Savannah, was knowledgeable and present when dealing with us despite them being very busy. The Food, my goodness, topnotch! Every meal, every bite - delicious. My family and I enjoyed Ribs & Wing's, Sirloin steak with cheesy-prawn source and hake with cheesy-prawn source. Definitely worth it and we'll definitely be back. Keep up the great service & great food.

Great service, fresh food and it's Spur. Loud with kiddos running around but it is made for them :-). Our go to for buffalo wings and some fresh ribs.

Love The Spur Design And The Friendly Waiter And The Food Was Delicious,It Just A Bit Noisy When You Sit At The Entrance Not A Lot But It's Noticable

I went there for lunch , it was busy but the service was great , didn't wait too long for my food . And the food was amazing , had a burger combo that comes with a soda and topped it up with some Buffalo wings , spent R200 for all thats , quiet cheap actually. Great service as well , definitely enjoyed myself .

We occassionally come here once a month, for a treat, so today was that day...Restuarant was nice and cosy as there weren't a lot of people in today, you could actually hear yourself think which is a good once a while from a Spur restuarant...Bar one waffle really stood out definitely worth every cent

Spur never disappoints, always making my kids birthdays special and this was the case at Spur Somerset West. Glad to be served ke Mopedi wa gesho Mo WC to make it more memorable
