As always, Mugg & Bean did not disappoint, the hot beverages were a blast with all of us.Β The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were helpful and totally clued up when asked about anything on the menu. Which brings me to the Pretzel Hoagies...each of us had one, wishing we could gulp down another. They are exceptional, filled with flavour and they come with a choice of great sides.
This is definitely one of a few Mugg & Bean's out there still doing most things just right. Thank you guys
I've been to this branch many times and it's the best one in my opinion. Today I went for the first time in over a year and it is still the same waiters there which is great. Had the On-the-go breakfast with poached eggs and rye toast. Still one of the best places to have rye toast. The americano is VERY expensive though (R22,95) but the breakfast came with bottomless coffee which I only noticed afterwards so had a cup of that too for free. All in all a good experience
Very good food. Especially the Chipotle chicken salad with honey mustard dressing. Fresh and tasty. The vibe is busy and some might say noisy but overall good experience.
Mug and Bean have flowery set menus in all their chains. This one was busy and noisy. Tables packed close. I was very glad to hear that their chicken is free range. No sure what 'free range' means in South Africa mind you....Service is prompt, cheerful and helpful. Seems very kid friendly. It's cheap and they will take extra orders - my son asked for a side of rye bread. This is fast food ... But not fast food ....
Decided to skip morning classes and drive out to Somerset West this morning. Popped into Mugg & Bean and it made my morning that much better. Breakfast here is always A class

We really had a nice late afternoon sitdown and Lucy waz our waittress what pleasant lady and her personality absolutely awsome love the food and we didn't wait long
The lemon poppyseed muffin was fantastic. Try having it warmed up and it's an amazing treat during winter. ππΎ
I had it with my bottomless coffee in a tall mug.
Service was a bit slow.π No one noticed I had sat down until I waved someone to get a menu and take my order. I could blame it on the fact that I sat myself down instead of waiting to be seated but there was no one in front either. On a Saturday. A busy day. π
Nevertheless, I enjoyed my orders and it was nice to sit there by myself while reading my book with the noise of chatter to serve as a nice background.

Had a lovely breakfast. My Egg Benedict with hash brown (my favorite) was delicious & they serve the creamiest cappuccino ever! We had a very friendly & professional waiter. I had amazing company - couldn't ask for a better morning π
Friendly staff, always smiling. Cheesecake is so yummy and you get a nice big piece!
Had a gingerbread late and a breakfast. Loved the different late flavor on offer, and it is also served with bite-sized ginger biscuits on the side. Breakfast has various options for type of bread, including the rye bread option at no extra cost and how eggs are served, including poached eggs at no extra cost.
They really cornered the market in the mall. Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent food and coffee at reasonable prices π
Very popular place to eat especially in the morning so expect some waiting time. Good selection of food that was of good quality. The portions of serveing was bigger then I expected esspecially the order off the childrens menu. Would go again.

It's always a pleasure to be at Mugg and Bean. I really enjoy that you can grab breakfast at anytime of the day. The staff-very welcoming and they make sure you are comfoand taken care of.
