The food was exquisite, the steaks melted in our mouths. The sauces were very tasty but the portion was too small. The cured meat platter consisting of chorizo, parma ham n salami was top class. Loved the little bag of pita bread and condiments. The chocolate torte with salted caramel was a delicious combination! Fantastic range of wines and our waiter,Brian was most attentive. Only suggestion...play italian music for more authentic ambience. We will most definitely be back.
What a great experience, we absolutely loved it! I originally booked for 4 people but we end up being 5. Special thanks to our waiter and the manager who went to great extend to organise us a bigger table while the restaurant was packed. Food was really delicious and service promptly!! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoy good food & wine!! We will definitely be back for more 5 star treatment.

Excellent food at a great price. The atmosphere is very calm, and it does not even feel like you're sitting in a restaurant situated in the mall. The waiter, Maddi, was the best. She serviced us throughout the night and really put in an effort to be a good waiter. They were a little busy since they had big tables at the time but they made up for it by bringing us a snack while we wait, and even though they were so busy the food still didn't take too long. The best restaurant we've been to in a while and the date night special is really worth it! Very good quality for money.

Honest opinion: I have tasted better at other places like Basil and Co in Tokia. But was good.
In terms of the seafood make sure to find out if it is fresh.

The atmosphere was sublime, the wait staff were very friendly and the food was delicious! I can wholeheartedly recommend the vegan pizza and I've heard the vegan lasagne is also good. Would definitely eat here again!

Casa Bella is a really good option of dinner, good selection of options for dinner. We had the mushroom fettuccine and the food was delicious.
Portion size is also generous and the pizza dough bites is a nice addition to snack on while you wait for your meal.
The restaurant was quite busy but was lucky enough to find seating without making prior reservations.
The service from the staff was very professional, and was on par of what you will typically find at more premium restaurants.
We even had a trainee waitress for the first half of our sit down, and the service was still excellent.

Preface: I fully intend to go back to get a review based on multiple support/service staff, dishes, experiences and days. For now this is based on one.
TLDR Conclusion: Yes, it is pricy, but the experience, service, food quality and general ambiance is well worth it, especially with one of the best free table starters while you choose your meals.
So, the details! We had the Alfredo pasta and the Lamb Shank, both were very well prepared, deliciously flavourful, and a large enough portion that we had the benefit of having leftovers to take home with us for later!
As a free starter for the table they bring these little mini-vetkoek things, which were honestly the best free table starter I've had in years!! We politely asked if we can PURCHASE another, they said sure, and turned out to be free as well!
The milkshake was weirdly wonderful. I had the "Black Forest", which I was told was a mix of strawberry and chocolate. Weird, I know, so I had to try it - what a pleasant surprise!!
To explain my comment on proactive service, here is some bonus story time! The reason I say the service is super proactive and friendly: My wife and I went with our brand new baby, who got hungry himself shortly before our food arrived. My wife went to the car to go feed him, and after a few minutes of the food being on the table and my wife being gone, they asked me and offered to take her food back to keep it warm until she gets back, which they then did!
First of all the Cortado coffee was stellar. I had heard it was a new coffee brew, but it wasn't as strong as advertised. I want more of this though!
The Risotto al Funghi was creamier than what I'd seen, considering it was the first time eating risotto. Maybe I shouldn't have eaten ahead of time due to the fear of not looking it. I'm not a fan of mushrooms, but these were soft and firm. Great job there. 👏🏾
The Tiramisu was soft, airy and light. I can tell it was made with passion. The big winner of the night! The way the cream just melts and dissolves into sweet nothings is comforting. I would have ordered more if I wasn't already so full. 👌🏾
Our waiter delivered a great service and seeing a supervisor/manager bid us farewell on our exit was indicative of the love of the craft and service here.
I hope to come back again and hopefully try more culinary delights my friends ate. It's a great place to bring some Italian culture to your palate.
