Review The Raj Restaurant - Simon's Town

Elegant and fine dining Indian restaurant... It is the most preferred restaurant for Indians or vegetarians in town.. The food was amazingly flavorful and nicely served.. We tried Mutton rogan josh and naan and Biryani and most recommended Cost for 2 $$ Appreciate the staff and keep up the good work 👍

What a wonderful experience from The Raj. Excellent and polite service from three different staffers working in tandem. The food was well-prepared and served timeously. First class. They stay open until late and accomodate different kinds of diners - from singles and couples to family groups. And yet, it never feels crowded. The view out to the ocean gets them extra points. And there's a full bar. They only need to improve on wheelchair access.

Good experience with The Raj restaurant, fast delivery and very polite behavior, If you find indian restaurant you can once.

The food was good, but not fantastic. The service standard take away service. I noticed a well attired chef in the kitchen... perhaps letting the customers see the chef and some of the kitchen may inspire and encourage customers as to the authenticity of the food

Scrumptious, delicious authentic North Indian food, this restaurant located in the new Harbour Valley Mall. This restaurant boasts fantastic ocean views and a full bar facility.

Beautiful seaview , exquiste setting, marvelous decor. Excellent quisine.

Amazing food & awesome staff. I had to shake the hand of the chef & the servers that helped us. Great experience! Will definitely be back. Everything we ordered came out perfe t & so quickly. Waiters were attentive and really made us feel at home.

Fine dining atmosphere, but food not really value for money

This is a Brilliant authentic Indian restaurant! Their cocktails are excellently made, extremely well balanced, refreshing and innovative (I would recommend the rose petal martini). The staff is friendly and helpful, with a real enthusiasm for their food and their jobs. Excellent views of the ocean, beautiful table settings and out of this world food. Without a doubt the best restaurant experience I've had in years. I would recommend it to absolutely everyone!

Pleasant surprise. Very nice

Would love the opportunity to come and give waiter training, this place has so much potential. Food is excellent and the Constantia manager helping to open the place allowed us to go into the kitchen and meet the crew. I have been to India and I can say these guys know what they doing and praise how they run a clean well organized kitchen. The only lack is the service, nice staff just not educated in menu or bar. 3 times there will be back
