Seaforth Restaurant - Simon's Town - Photo album

Recommended by a friend. Decided to tie this in with our visit to the penguins at boulders bay. What a great spot overlooking a beatific beach and views beyond (which we explored after lunch). Sat outside, ordered the hake with the garlic and feta crust. A nice surprise it came with numerous king pr
This place has been an absolute favorite for many years. The food & service is impressive & they really mean business. The manager Gerrie is a gentleman & Adiel assisted us in every possible manner. Fish cakes and beer battered fish & chips are a must order & can never go wrong. Kudos and keep up th
We were there with our smartours group for dinner. We had an excellent fish of the day. Service is great! Do not forget to order Malva pudding . Place is within walking distance for penguin sanctuary.
Visited the Seaforth Restaurant after enjoying the boat trip to Seal Island and what a treat the prices is quite reasonable and the food is lovely and the atmosphere is so nice as everyone goes with their family or friends. Highly recommend their Fish and Chips and Prawns =) Will definitely visit th
Lovely restaurant with a great view of the beach with indoor and outdoor seating. Also if you look you will see penguins on the beach. The service was great. They were nice and friendly. The food also came out quite quickly which was good. The platter for two was delicious, the beer batter hake wa
I was expecting mediocre food from a place that could easily get away with trading on its location. But everything was very tasty. Menu caters to families and offers straight forward, uncomplicated items you'd expect. But it's not boring. The food is prepared with care and just a little flare. We
Food was good, but not amazing. Patio has a nice view of the beach. Wait staff was nice and one of the only restaurants that was willing to help split a check for a large group. For some reason there was a sign on the wall that stated location was fully booked, but when we asked for a table there wa
An excellent venue with good ambience. Service is first rate as is the food. Fish and seafood are delicious and the dessert is to die for. It was a bit chilly but i loved the fireplace.
The food was delicious and reasonably priced; the staff was very nice and attentive
The food are amazing, seafood were so fresh and delicious. It's very worthy and affordable. The view is amazing and very relaxing, more over the waitresses are so friendly. It's very recommended )
Great spot with amazing views. Some of the dishes had extremely generous portions. I had the Tiger Prawn Curry and personally felt that although it was an enjoyable dish, it was quite overpriced.
This was one of my favourite beaches as a child, before this restaurant even existed. I also remember coming here over twenty years ago, to cocktail happy hours on the pier-end. It’s changed a bit now, and seems more geared towards the tour-bus clientele. It does have a very slight dining-hall feel
I love where the restaurant is located. From there you get a wonderful view of the ocean plus can spot one or two penguins if you are lucky. The service was great. Honestly would have given this place 5 stars however there was something I particularly didn't enjoy about the actual taste of the food
Amazing place to go if you have visited boulders beach. Popped in for some lunch, I had chilli fish cakes and my partner a chicken wrap, simply delicious, generous food portions & great service. Really well priced!
Good restaurant near the beach with penguins. Delicious, huge portions, reasonable prices. But they do not cook very quickly and close early: on Sunday, for example, already at 15:30.
The creamy garlic mussels were the best thing there. Probably some of the best mussels I’ve ever had. The pasta was also pretty great.
