Review Cafe Vienna - Sedgefield

Had a great tramezzini and cappuccino. Good and friendly service. If ever I am in the area again, I will most certainly visit again. Had a lovely conversation with the owners mum and she is a wealth of information with regards to places to visit in the surrounding area.

Pleasantly surprised by this little diner. We had been on the road for a few hours on our way back to Cape Town and couldn’t really find anything on google maps that would suggest a local breakfast spot. Especially with a baby and a 9 year old. This was the first place we spotted so we pulled over and went inside. We weren’t expecting much but we were surprised at the cute small diner, it certainly had its own charm. We were warmly greeted by the staff upon entering and the friendly service carried on from the second we entered to the minute we left. The service was so good and they were so attentive to the needs of our kids that I had to make a point of writing a review. 5 Stars for friendly service. We really appreciate the extra effort you put in and we didn’t even have to ask, you just offered before we could even think about it. Thank you so much! Fantastic coffee and service. Cafe Vienna is a welcoming stop for coffee or light lunch. Decor is simple and effective. Well maintained and despite being near the main road, doesn't feel noisy and overwhelming.

Stopped on our way through Sedgefield. What a pleasure. I’m always on the lookout for a fresh scone and I wasn’t disappointed. . Hubby had a monster burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. Don’t be in a rush as made from scratch so takes a bit of time. Coffee was superb. Def good value.

Pleasantly surprised with friendly efficient service, and all six of us loved our fresh tasty meals. Coffees and milkshakes were great! What a lovely experience without breaking the bank.

Nice little cafe right on the highway. Had a quick stop for coffee and cake. The coffee was good and the muffin delicious. The host was friendly and nice as well.

Sedgefield needed something new after this lockdown

Friendly owners, great cappuccino & friend's breakfast was superb. My omelet was burnt, though I must add that they were exceptionally busy at the time and we waited almost an hour for our food. We were surprised by the surcharge added for paying by card; it is advisable to rather offer a discount for cash - if one is going to distinguish between payment methods. Still, a local stalwart worth visiting!

One could easily drive past this unassuming face brick building next to the N2 and miss out on a tasty breakfast and nice hot coffee. We were 5 adults each ordering something different. The service, by a very friendly Natalie, was quick and the food value for money.

Cafe Vienna is my favorite coffee shop in Sedgefield. Hard to pick a favorite but I love their cheesecake, beef curry and chicken salad! Oh, and I can't forget their divine toasted chicken mayo sarmies! Always served with a smile
