Ordered food for delivery today, food was still piping hot on delivery! The best food whe had in a very long time at Spur. Meat was literally falling of the ribs, sirlions grilled to MY perfection ect ect! Hats off for the grillers tonight
Ek en my man is gereelde klante by Spur Secunda om hulle ontbyt te geniet. Ons kan dit vir almal aanbeveel..nie alleen omdat die ontbyt heerlik is nie maar omdat n mens soos familie voel as mens daar instap. Van die bestuurder tot en met elke kelner word n mens spesiaal behandel. Baie dankie Lizelle en jou personeel vir jull wonderlike onbaatsugtige diens.
Spur Secunda was nog altyd my gunsteling plek om te eet. Dis my familie ek love hulle...diens, personeel, kos alles was nog net van di beste... keep up the good work. Julle is eenvoudig die beste ♡♡♡♡

I was very well received & attended to very quickly.
The restaurant is well lit & the large glass windows added to the welcoming atmosphere.
The food they served was fresh & tasty - with a friendly smile.
Having had a bit of bad luck the last time I was here, I decided to stop by for another try. Steak was way better, cooked to my liking, and may have renewed my liking for Spur. I do believe that I may have been a bit harsh on my previous review, My children enjoyed their meals the last visit, and even more so this visit.
It was very accommodating, The food was great, I tried the new nachos schnitzel and it was delicious. I always love that The Spur group has something new. Their quality and taste always stays the same. And the service is always top quality. The play place is great for the kids, they love it and it's very safe.

From when you walk in to when you walk out ypu feel like family. Lizelle and her staff is always friendly and ready to serve. Thank you for always making us part of your family

Atmosphere was lovely.
Waiter was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful but didnt seem equipped to deal with large groups.
Supervision in the play area is needed. Too many random parents were confronting kids unnecessarily.
It's a regular eating place whenever we shop in town, and it's been a real treat every time. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the service is quick and efficient, and the waiters know exactly what to advise and what's on the menu and if they've run short of any stocks, so you order once and get what you ask for.
The portions are very liberal and there's no skimping on anything. To top it there's a very good seniors menu at a very low price.
The management is efficient and yet unobtrusive.
This Spur comes highly recommended.
We loved all our meals here.. maybe some healthy options? Miss TAB! Staff very helpful in the beginning but sort of disappear after order has been taken...found it in all spurs.
I dont know what to say with this review, have eaten at spur a view times, and its seems like its a gamble thing. Sometimes food is amazing. Service is excellent... and the sometimes its so bad... you dont even know what to say. Our 1st waiter didnt pitch up till after manager came by. She sorted him out fast and the next waiter was a sweetheart. Went way beyond giod service. But then the food arives. My sons macaroni was delish. My wings was dry. And my others son pizza was dry. So Im giving a 3. For the waiter and the manager trying.
Follow up: Manager phoned and invited us back. Well done management!
Received excellent service the play area is awesome!! and food was great too..only thing I would comment is the toilet for the kids wasnt very neat and no toilet paper...but other than that it was a good experience 👍

The service was wonderful, the food was tasty, and their drinks went down good. The owner Lizelle is such a lovely and friendly lady, checks on clients to see if they are ok, that to me really stood out, as I'm very particular about customer service. 5stars to the whole team.

It's was a good atmosphere with attentive waiters in low capacity but a effort is made to meet your needs as the consumer now it's a spur so don't expect a Michelin star but the food meet a need and follows the niche of a spur restaurant
