Great service. My 3yr old accidently dropped his chips before being able to eat it. The service staff (customer care person?) saw it and offered to bring us a new chips at no charge to us. Thank u so much
Stopped in after completing a drive from the licensing department in Sandton. Busy drive through , inside was clean and tidy few customers having Stuff to eat. Lovely Hot chocolate 😀

Shalma took my order, and it was correct, and the dialog was outstanding. She confirmed fast efficient and was to the point! She should work as the voice of a corporate in a reception. She takes pride in her work! Give her a chance! Or promote her Mcdonalds!
The drive thru can get a but packed during busy hours, so be orepared to wait for a bit. But all in all, it is efficient.
I'm really so appreciative of this mc donalds branch! One night they mistakenly forgot an item of mine. Once I contacted them about it, they were so polite and kind and so professional! They gave me a free meal in return which I'm so grateful for. Truly God sent all the staff here ❤️

Good vibe, friendly staff and the aircon works ... Music was also set at a low audible level, unlike most McDonald's where it's always too loud
