Absolutely pathetic service. We called today to place an order for delivery and got told that we cannot order a chicken filla pizza to be delivered. What utter nonsense is that?!

We have ordered a few times for work lunch or dinner..service is good..delivery time is excruciatingly painful and always late (plus is staff tell u directly it will take long) and food standard varies at times its good and other times below average..

Pizza is fantastic , service at counter is brilliant !! Your delivery service however leaves a lot to be desired ! <br/><br/>Educate your staff on the surrounding area to prevent local clients from being so so disappointed!!

Debonairs pizza is not the best but it serves the purpose...their free delivery is a plus in my eyes. Got brave and ordered the sausage triple decker with extra cheese. It's got like 5 different types of sausages in it...it was good. Wouldn't be able to eat more than 2 slices but it was good

We got a take away for team lunch and the food was ok. The 3 cheese pizza was very bland and almost tasteless. But the veg. Pizza was ok. The service is efficient. Not much else to say

It's a Debonairs. Over indulgent pizza, delivered within a quick turnaround time. Our office often orders from this branch and they have no problem finding our oddly placed building. It would be great to see better energy when placing an order at the counter.

I've always loved Debonairs ... But quality wise I think it's going down the drain ... Which is such a shame . Especially when there are so many other pizza places out there :) service is really not even worth mentioning ... :(

To who ever that's in charge! 06/03/14<br/><br/>I fail to understand why one would hire illiterates to run a restaurant that's situated at one of jo'burgs highly rated retail parks.. Due to the current low - shading me & my fiance decided to get a pizza at your restaurant tonight since we both knock off very late from work.. I specifically ordered my favorite Triple-Decker "CHICKEN FLAVOR + DOUBLE CHEESE, WITHOUT the debonair source!" We got home & to our disappointment, surprised rather; that person got our order completely wrong *epic* Now we stuck with a +-R120 worth of pizza we never opted for *my petrol was waisted because of an incompetent fool* I will never buy debonair pizza at Woodmead ever again #& I'm definitely taking this one back for a full refund. <br/><br/>From A Very Angry Divine 0731023008<br/>
