Absolutely beautiful branch. Best one in my opinion. Amazing friendly staff. This is my go-to Kauai.

Had an issue with quality at this branch but owner was quite responsive in resolving it, so I've revised my review to suit.

Taking back a star. Usually my favourite Kauai. But very disappointed today. Orderd 2 Gems and both tasted like there was sand and stone grinded up in the mixture. Like we were chewing on sand.

I don't know what you call the threads from a mango but yaa those things are so distracting when enjoying this... I am actually unsure what they are but concluded that it might be from the mango. Otherwise this was delicious and the service was great

Kauai Benmore is great. I love their smoothies the most. Although they are pricey it's worth it. Try the peanut butter bomb 500ml for a breakfast. There are also a great range of health meals to pick from. I have always received really great fresh product from them.

Very pleasant for a quick bite and a nice cappuccino.

We had lunch with my friends from Spain at Kauai Benmore and guess what! Three of my friends could not speak English and I'm not good at Espanol so we had to translate for easy communication. There is a guy called Simba, he came and helped us on the outside seating area and I was so surprised that we could find someone who could speak Spanish so good. Thank you so much Simba for helping and understanding my friends. We enjoy our wraps and drinks...

Staff members are always friendly. Food and smoothies fresh af. Clean and quiet store. Never have an issue.

It's located in the not so busy area of Sandton, Benmore. I like that's it's quiet and not too busy so you're likely to get your order very quickly. I had the steak chipotle....as usual it never disappoints!!

I've been to the store a few times, friendly staff, food is always good (I haven't yet been served half my food yet , which is a good sign) Very accommodating to my complicated order. I have yet to have an issue there.

I've been a few times over the last few weeks and find them to be one of the faster Kauai's even though they get quite busy around lunchtime.

Thoroughly enjoyed the burritos, however in my rush I forgot my "All things green" drink on the table outside.

KAUAI is a great place to get a fresh lunch or breakfast from and their food is super healthy. My favorite smoothie is the Peanut Butter Bomb, which has a unique flavor with frozen yoghurt, cocoa, peanut butter and banana. My favorite wrap is the Little Princess, which is filled with goodness and tastes amazing in every bite you take. Great place and will be back soon.

Simply the best wholesome smoothies that you can find. You will feel healthier just by drinking one !Wraps are tasty - though portions are small and expensive. Service is prompt and always with a smile

Most disappointing thing about this lovely fresh veg place is that they have NO vegan options (unless you remove the chicken, egg, mayo.......) Best thing about this place is the raw juices (although not as yum as the ones I have in Obz in CT). Had the mexi wrap without the chicken (and without the avo due to allergy). Quinoa provided the protein, but coupled with the rice and the wrap, and minimal other ingredients, was nutritionally imbalanced. The corn gave a nice crunch but without the sciracha sauce this wrap would be bland cardboard. Makes me too hesitant to try the R95 warm bowls (without the animal ingredients), seems a sure waste. More full, real vegan meals and winter soups please! ♡

Visited Benmore after gym and Kauai caught my eye...I just naturally feel healthier when I eat here. Went for a tropical greens smoothie....kale, spinach, mango, pineapple, ginger...the ginger adds a nice twist to this taste.

Full marks! Service is excellent and the guys in the kitchen know what they are doing! Always have my smoothie and quick lunches there and always a breeze!! Keep up the great work.

Do not come here during lunch! <br/><br/>I group of 4 of us came for lunch .. 3 of us got our wraps .. The 4th wrap only came once all of us had finished .. Smoothies only arrived when we had finished eating. <br/><br/>The smoothies tasted terrible and bland.. They redid it for us and left out ingredient .. So still not satisfied .. <br/><br/>When complaining about the service and bad food we were neglected.

I have been to this outlet a number of times over the past couple of years and u must say I am not a fan of the "new" menus but decided to try something new today.<br/><br/>I bought the Mexi Wrap and the description looked very good but the actual product turned out to be boring and bland with a kick. And it tasted like the wrap was partly raw, not a good taste.<br/><br/>Service how we was friendly and fast.

Close to work and situated in the Benmore Gardens Shopping Centre.<br/>If you are lucky to survive the mad high-intense rush to enter the centre then you can start relaxing and appreciating your well deserved lunch hour.<br/>Must say enjoyed the prevoius vibrant look of Kauai compared to the current modern dull uninviting look.<br/>The well liked sandwiches are gone although the wraps are still available.<br/>I choose the avo pouched egg on rye and the broad angle camera lens was again used to take the marketing and advertising photos as it was such a small portion.<br/>Prices are relatively high and some times not value for our hard earned salaries.<br/>

Benmore is ideally situated close to the Sandton CBD and as such many offices make use of Kauai as a healthier lunch alternative. However, I've never used the Benmore Kauai without there being a problem with the smoothie machines, juice machines, no avo etc. Very disappointing.

Always a great choice for a slightly quicker and healthier weekday lunchtime snack. Some of my favourite smoothies include Nutmilk, berry dairy as well as the strawberry Stinger. For a more filling meal I like to have both the old style as well as the Kale Caesar wrap and for a salad option I like to go for the Grass roots salad, Mexi bowl or Kale Caesar salad(my favourite part of the salad is the crunch from the Parmesan crisps). <br/>My only complaints with this branch is during the lunch time rush they generally only have one teller and it can take quite long just to place your order,also there can be some inconsistencies with the smoothies where from one day to the next the same smoothie can taste slightly different.

I popped in for a takeaway after work and opted for 2x Mexi bowls. At R75 each, not cheap. Service was quick and friendly. Then I got home and discovered: soggy rice, no avo, a spot of salsa, a drizzle of sriracha, two tortilla chips per portion and only one container of dressing. It was my first visit to this branch and definitely the last. I've eaten this salad before and this was a big disappointment.

For a fast easy solution to healthy food, the revamped Kauai is definitely the place to go! The food has stepped up and the smoothies are delicious!

Food is now overpriced. The new menu doesn't appeal to me at all 👎 Had a Thai wrap and it was dry and tasteless. The only thing worth getting is a smoothie.

Sunrise unwrapped breakfast! Kauai really stepped up their game with the new menu and store upgrades happening all over. This breakfast is a winner! Service was weak! Seating area was not clean and clients complained about having to wait for their orders. They have some new things to try and its a more organic. Loved the food hated the service.

Love love love the smoothie options. Healthy food take-out variety at its best. Peanut butter smoothie and berry ones are the best. Come in different size options but all generous portions. Tried the coffee smoothie today - the milk was off - handled well by management who didn't question and just replaced it with another choice

One of THE best take out franchises - serving healthy wholesome & tasty food and fabulous smoothies. I enjoy the wraps and salads. I like the partnership with Virgin gyms and am an avid smoothie fan.

Service is always quick and friendly. A great go to for quick and healthy weekday lunches. They have good combo specials, and will never break the bank. They also have banting options for those not into carbs. The Thai chicken wrap is highly recommended, as is the Peanut Butter Bomb smoothie. Will always be back.

I have always loved Kauai. They have a wide range of healthy meals and smoothies, and it's the ideal place to stop by during a lunch break in the week. I usually go for the Tex Mex Salsa or Thai Chicken snack wrap. I recently tried their new sweet potato bread which is amazing.

Aloha!! We often head here for lunch. The ostrich kofta is delicious so if the beef bowl but in a wrap. The peanut butter bomb is good but often changes in taste. Have ordered platters from here and they we're good!

If it wasn't for the blinding flickering light I was sitting under this afternoon, this branch of Kauai would have got a perfect 10 for service delivery and quality food! Thumbs up for their hot chocolate.... Don't know why, but it did taste different and better than any other place I've ever been to!!! 99/100..... :-)

If you feel like a healthier snack for lunch this is always a good option. My personal favourite is the thai chicken wrap as well as the princess wrap. Both are delicious options. The yoga berry smoothie is my favourite smoothie. It's so delicious. I love to have these smoothies in summer. The cappucino blast is also very good!

I like Kauai for its guilt-free delicious healthy meals. Their menu is updated about once a year I think, and from the last update, I quite like the ostrich wraps. Its an ostrich kebab with a cucumber type of sauce. It's a nice alternate to chicken dishes. <br/><br/>What I didn't like about this particular branch, was the slow service. The store hasn't always been busy when I visit, but I find that they take too long with orders. Staff seem to be more engrossed in having conversations with each other. I don't know what it is about Benmore Shopping Centre, but I don't find the service here very good.
