The staff really go out of their way to give great service. And for some reason they are all friendly even at 9pm. Kudos to them.

A typical outing to McDonalds. What you could expect for an on par branch in the chain. Standards are upheld and the extremely friendly staff definitely stand out for me. This is why I will opt to visit the McDonald’s at The Buzz over many other branches around. You can’t beat good service.
Ordered through uber eats and whoever made my grand chicken spicy burger tonight put a lot of care and effort into it. It was a 10/10. Thank you.
I loved the environment, it's clean and spacious👌 It would be nice if they improved on their customer service the ladies who assisted me did not smile nor were they inviting. Such service affects customer loyalty
My grand kids really loved to sit upstairs and enjoy their meals. A great time was had by all.

This is my local macdonalds. Nice staff and good service. Lately I have noticed that they are so overzealous to rate yr visit on the customers phone. They with-hold the receipt then ask for your phone to scan and rate. Most times the customers don't know what is being done. It's so blatant. I tell them I will do my own.
Defeats the object of honest and true reviews. They are not reflective of Macdonalds at the Buzz.

It's a fast food place. Service is fast.
Sometimes effient and customer friendly people are hired by a company. And such people are hired at this McDonald's. And I had the privilege to be served by such a lady at this branch.
