Nice atmosphere, coffee superb, I had the Banting Burger with beetroot roll. I would give higher but the waiter seemed uninformed and didn't give my roll and when I asked told me they were discontinued. When I complained I got it within 5min. I will definitely be back. The food was top quality.

Stopped off after having to go to the bank at one of my ask time favourite hangouts! The staff are amazingly friendly, with exceptional service. Speak to Dylan if he's there, it's like having a friend join you, he's really great.
Ordered one of my standard breakfasts, the Morning Light with Chips (they have a good selection of extras), +/- R40 and a Cappuccino. It is really a great way too start the day, wish I could start them like this more often.
Bring the kids if you have any, for milkshakes and waffles, both are fantastic.
Their Sunday breakfast buffet is really good value for money! But if you don't feel like being a glutton, try the Fresco Style (bacon and cheddar) French toast. Mmm.. You'll thank me later ;)
Burgers are pretty decent servings, patties are thick and juicy served with a side of chunky cut golden chips!
The club sandwich is pretty darn good as well. The portion just seemed a bit small for my liking though. When you think club, you think big! So this was a bit of a downside, but tasty nonetheless.
Coffee- yummm (drinks always tend to take longer to get to your table than the actual food for some reason. Definitely something they need to work on)

A clean looking and friendly place for a light meal.
I had the tuna salad which I enjoyed, however some of the ingredients that were not stated on the menu were put into the salad and I'm allergic to some of them., so had to pick them out.
My BF had the toasted chicken and mayo which he also enjoyed.
It took quite a bit of time for our meal to arrive even though the place was very quiet.
A friendly little restaurant we had fish and chips , nice and fresh and spiced well , great service and Dylon the manager what a pleasure super super staff

When first visiting this caffe about two years ago I didn't visit it again for any particular reason. This morning I felt there was a reason to visit and see what they have to offer for vegetarians on the menu.
I was glad to see that they are very open to allowing customers to have breakfast during lunch time. The waitress and manager (who is from Central London) were very good as well as the overall service.
They have a new concept of coffee being on tap similar to craft beer. This is a nice touch and something very different.
I will visit again in the near future for a breakfast or lunch.

Although the service was quite poor, and they were out of stock of all the specialty coffees, Cafe Fresco has the best pizza! The staff are friendly, and the manager is also very friendly and a good fit for the restaurant.
I've been here a few times. The inside is quite interesting with various seating styles. It feels like you could be in three different restaurants, in a good way; has a rustic feel. I have always received good service. Visited yesterday with friends and tried the new Nutella waffles, absolutely loved it! I do want to go back to try the other waffles. Recommended.
Biggest plus is they open early - 06:00. Had to be in Sandton for an early meeting and took a chance and stopped in Benmore - and found this spot. Excellent coffee - super friendly and efficient staff (Keep it up Dylan!). Took something off the lunch menu for breakfast - no problem at all - even had the chef come round to check it was good, and it was! It gets a 4, and not a 3,5 from me because of the service - really nice to have a bright and cheery waiter so early in the morning. They will have me as a repeat customer.
Quickly stopped there for a quick coffee and breakfast before dropping my dad off at the Gautrain. Our waiter was one of the best I've had in a while. Yes, the place was not packed but he is just one of those people who has a passion for life / his work. He recommended a few things for us to eat. He immediately took our order without us telling him that we are in a hurry. Our breakfast was as good as breakfast can be, and by that I mean, egg, bacon and toast. Their Americano is good but I was more impressed by Dillan's service than anything else. I hope they keep him. If that is the way he is with customers, I will definitely go back.
There are a lot of bad reviews on cafe fresco but our experience was nothing like that. Admittedly the service was a touch slow but the place was packed so it's understandable. I had the mancakes which are really interesting and super tasty. I would suggest they not candy the bacon and cut back on the amount of banana, but that may just be me. Rounded the breakfast of with a cup of kopi luwak. Something that should be on everyone's bucket list albeit over rated. I will definitely go back.
I've walked past Caffe Fresco many times and I loved the cute little kiddies area. I suppose it's to give mum and dad a chance to have a relaxing meal. When I visited Caffe Fresco, I was quite surprised by the space inside the restaurant and the simple decor. We found a quiet corner for breakfast. You can salivate over the impressive menu options. I tried the eggs benedict but I didn't like their hollandaise sauce which was cold and made my breakfast cold. Apart from that, the service was great and location is good for those in Sandton that don't want to go into Sandton City.
This little hideout in the corner will see me again. I love the option where you can take 2 different pizza halves and serve as one. This way you can taste two types at the same time.. clay oven, thin bases, Banting pizza, big pastas , you name it, and they have it. They make their own thin bases. I would have loved a glass of wine with my pizza, but they are not licenced.
My partner and I have been vegan for 5 years and have tried countless vegan pizzas in that time, none of them enticing enough to have us order it again. Col'Cachio just set the new standard. We had been putting off going to Col'Cachio because of the prices but after the pizzas we just had we will definitely be back for more. It is the best quality vegan pizza we've had,I don't know what cheese they use but it's brilliant. We're usually not a fan of vegan cheese and often get pizzas without any cheese because of our dislike. We were pleasantly surprised today.
Also hats off to the regional operations manager, very nice guy with good values which we always appreciate. It's good to know there are good people behind the brand.

This is incredibly nice, polite and warm place which I ever seen in Johannesburg! Very diverse menu with the tastiest food and huge huge portions which I can eat several days! Thank you so much, guys, you make my life more delicious!!!
It's a nice place to have a pitstop after shopping, but the caprese was OK, not more. I didn't have pizza which is their speciality, so nothing to report on that topic.

We've been ordering from Col'Cacchio Benmore Gardens via MrD and we love the experience every time. The food is beautifully packed with care and attention to detail, the containers are sturdy and the branding is inviting. More importantly - The food is always tasty and fresh. We love their salads, especially the Cobb salad, and their beef carpaccio. But we've pretty much tried the whole menu by now and nothing ever disappoints! Thank you so much for delivering great food consistently. We can't wait to order from you again!
Best pizza we had in years. The milkshake was exceptional. And the disposable brown paper tablecloth gave the added sense of safety without feeling out of place.
Pizza is expensive when compared to Debonairs or Roman's, but definitely my favourite.
I placed an order to go and it took some time (for a raw meal) but it was nice and fresh!
Great takeaway pizzas, fast and nice staff. Was ready under 15 mins. They can make nice vegetarian pizza. But the bacon feta banana is so amazing!
