This is one of my favourite places to go for breakfast. Not the right place to go if you just want a standard English breakfast or country breakfast but all sorts of great dishes with culinary flare. Had a chicken and bacon sandwich and it was AMAZING! Best sarmie I've had in a long time. Staff were great, manager genuinely cared and put effort into greeting every patron. All round great little spot for a quick lunch.
For the love of bread. Recently renovated, the place has lost some of its quirky charm from before. What happened to the persian rugs on the floor and I kind of miss that pigeon mess that was going on in the eve corner, is that just weird of me? Sometimes not being perfect is perfect ya know.
Volvo Telo is fantastic. Their coffee is in a different league compared to other bakeries. I can highly recommend them.
Personal attention complements some very good fare. While breads are great, coffee was mediocre and pastis de nata disappointing.
Good selection of food and baked goods. Breads are made on site. Could do with more gluten free options.
