Review Kelsey's Grill - Sandton

Really excellent service from owner and chef Rob Brown, who went out of his way to make sure we left satisfied. The food is fresh and tasty and the service is something you rarely experience. I really appreciate that Rob went out of his way to accommodate special requests and give us something extra. I hope we have the opportunity to experience this great place again.

We went to Kelsey’s on Mother’s Day and Father’s Day and on both occasions the food was divine. The owner Rob Brown took great care of us. The staff were really friendly. I would definitely recommend Kelsey’s to anyone

The food here was superb, really top quality in all asoects. The staff are friendly and attentive, the wind selection excellent. It has been recently refurbed and has a nice atmosphere, with lage bifold doors and a number if outdoor tables by the pool. I would really recommend it to anyone.

Serves good scrumptious food. Relaxed mood and friendly staff. Good for business meetings and just for leisure.

Have now twice stayed at the Katherine Street Southern Sun for an extended period so have made use of Kelsey’s, their on-site restaurant quite often and for a variety of meals. Firstly, the staff must be complimented - helpful and extremely friendly. For such a relatively small establishment, the meals are of a high standard and really good value for money....whether you’re ordering a fillet or curry. Real homemade food - something that a weary traveler longs for.

We had a farewell party at Kelsey's with quite a few people in attendance. Pre-Ordered our food and it came out nice and warm. Beers was cold,but missing some of the new favorite ones out in the market. Was a well rounded meal

This restaurant has a wonderfull tranquil atmosphere with patio's overlooking the garden and the Hotel pool.  Sitting outside on the patio one would not think that you are in the heart of Sandton.  Perfect for sundowners or a lovely intimate dinner.  Staff are extremely friendly and helpfull.   The menu has everything on it ranging from Steak to beautifull freshfish, prawns and pasta.  The prices are really good value for money and the portions are very generous.   I can recommend the seafood chowder as well as the Oxtail.   Parking is readily available and free.  The Chef is very visible in the restaurant going around and welcoming people and recommending specials of the day as well as checking on food that has been served.  All round good value for money and a really enjoyable meal.  Very condusive to having business lunches as well for those looking to clinch the deal.
