The Bread Basket - Sandton - Photo album

I can count on 1hand over my 18years in JHB, the amount of times I use sat down for a meal here, BUT since the revamp am sure this will be a regular stop for me. Also great value for money on meals… however cappuccino a bit pricey watch out (R38 small.)😳
Had a really great breakfast here today , Loved the chai lattes and the omelette was amazing Great service from William who was very attentive
Love their rolls, always delicious. My team and I shop here daily. I was extremely disappointed to be charged R20 for Almond milk in my coffee which was R29. I paid R49 for a small cup of coffee, this is ridiculous!!! I usually get my coffee at Vida and I'm charged 6-7 rand for Almond milk. The Almo
Love the Bread Basket. It's a cute little shop come coffee/ Cafe. The staff and the owner is very friendly and welcoming. The store and Cafe is very clean and open . Love coming here when we shop . They have delicious foods and the coffee is Divine and the croissants are mouth watering. My best
Had a nice breakfast, service was a little slow (had to ask twice for the bill)
Slightly expensive but such delicious treats! Freshly baked goodies that's worth your money. we recently had croissant day at the office, safe to say it was a success
Must be one of the oldest eateries, bread and pasterie shops in Sandton City. Been there for ages and I could never fault them for their service ,not their food and confectionary they offer. Lots of space to do your daily bread and cake shopping as well as a good selection. For those who like people
Fresh bread, fresh rolls, fresh EVERYTHING. Croissants filled with chocolate, custard, almond paste, doughnuts, apple strudel, butter biscuits, custard slices,, petit foirs, quiche, pies - this is a bakery you have to visit when in Sandton City. Friendly, helpful staff - they have sit down breakfast
We visit the breadbasket today, the manager told us to leave cause we were having a great time with my friends having fun, the manager (George) told us to leave his place imagine cause we are blacks.
Revamped and reopened. Butternut and Chickpea Salad was divine.
Amazing selection of breads, rolls and all the pastries and salads you can eat. The great service seals the deal
Love the cheesecake and the coffee is always served with a smile. The staff are friendly and inviting and have great stories when you have a chance to chat to them. They have a Greek extension which serves excellent gyros.
Crowded little store, but very friendly staff with an outstanding selection of baked goods and delicious pizza slices!
Really enjoyed the food, the croissants are really huge but they have bad service
