Have been patronising Grillhouse for more than 7 years. Each time, the service has been impeccable and the hospitality - warm. We had a gathering for a party of 14 pax. We got a private room and all the staff and manager were so patient, attentive and warm. Despite the large group, the orders came out correctly and in good time. And all the food we ordered tasted soooo nice. Thank you for the memorable dining experience!!🤩🤩

This branch has perfect sunsets. Of course, they make one of the best Steaks nationwide. It's a good spot for having lunch with your team/family.

I had an absolutely wonderful time here with a group of colleagues The service is impeccable, friendly and efficient, from ordering, to meal delivery, clearing, all done with smile from these friendly staff The steak cooked to perfection, the creamy spinach was divine The restaurant is spacious, very tasteful decorated with artistic twists.

Fantastic wine selection, the meat variety is cooked to your taste and of good quality, the atmosphere is a great experience with a sophisticated view.

Meat Lover's Paradise🔥🤌🏾 The quality of the dishes are truly exceptional. I had my drinks coupled with a meat snack platter, then later an oxtail plate. Absolutely amazing food. My only slight reservation is that some may find the prices on the higher side, but the quality justifies the cost. The atmosphere strikes a balance between sophistication and warmth glancing over the heart of the Sandton City. Must visit.

I went in for a lunch on a Friday. It was a large lunch so a booking was made. There was ample seating in the restaurant at this time. The service was great and the waiters ensured our drinks were always topped up. I had the lamb cutlets with sautéed mushrooms and a cheese sauce. The cutlets were requested to be medium and was prepared according to my request. The portion size was very generous. The lamb could have had a bit more seasoning but did come across a little bland. When combined with the cheese sauce it was better but I would have preferred a better seasoning. The atmosphere was quite nice as this time and the table layout facilitated easy discussion.

The food was okay. Not bad, not great either. Grillhouse is renowned for its legendary steaks but it was cold and rainy, so I wanted a homey meal. Had oxtail, then Salad (neither hit the spot). The baked NY cheesecake was the best I have ever had. Service was fantastic

Superb service, food, drinks and view. Got there early to have a couple of drinks on the deck and watch the sun go down over the city. Lovely start to the evening. Our food was perfect - oxtail stew and ribs for main. Excellent whiskey selection at good value prices if you are so inclined, and the staff were happy to suggest and prepare off-menu non-alcoholic cocktails. Will go back when next in the city for sure.

This place is beautiful, the ambience is to die for and the views are out of this world. The food was also delicious, very (and I mean very) filling portions. Both my friend and I had burgers (I had the mushroom burger and she had the spicy burger). They were made to our liking and the food took 10 minutes as our waiter had promised! Had a great time, the only downside was that our waiter wasn't attending or checking up on us as we would have liked him to.

I was calling a lot of restaurants for a place for Christmas lunch and they were oind enough to say come early and u will get a table which we did .we arrived to a beautiful table got complimentary glasses of champagne the service was excellent our meal was delicious .it was everything a more including dessert .the waiter amd manager always checking to make sure u are ok a have everything u need was a bonus..will definately go back again .loved it

Loved this restaurant has a lovely ambience in the evening and the staff are friendly and profeesional. The waiters also move with stealth is the only word I can think off. Glasses were filled and plates taken away without even noticing. Manager also very friendly and came around asking how meal was and super friendly. The food was absolutely sublime and would recommend the Grillhouse when you visit Sandton.

Awesome place with great food and fab service. View is an absolute bonus. Not for the vegetarians... its called Grillhouse for a reason.

One of the best fillet steaks I’ve had, extremely tender, well seasoned and flavoursome. Good service at the door with the manager checking everything was ok. Had a virgin pina colada which was also very good. Place was poppin even on a Wednesday night, didn’t have to wait for a lonely table of one though. Nice interior, and the restaurant sits in a small enclave of similar high end polished eateries in a flashy cluster of glass buildings. Table service was fine, could’ve been better, and the fries were mediocre, but the steak made up for all that, 300g was plenty, wish I had the 200g to try the attractive dessert menu. If you want a steak look no further

I understand it was only the second night and we were a very large party. But service wasn't great. Had to chase up for my sauce and my drink several times before it came. Ordered the rib eye medium rare and it was blue. The place looks amazing but only toilet situation needs addressing also. 2 toilets for such a big restaurant is a bit worrying.

Every time I want to eat the best cut meat in town, Grillhouse is my place. I fell in love with their starter bread rolls back in the early 2000 at Katzy's, the roll is magic! �

I can really recommend the prime rib. Deliciousness

There was 2 sharp pieces of hard plastic in my food. It was the veg dish which they told me does not get prepared in their kitchen but prepared elsewhere and the plastic was from the packaging. Otherwise the service was really good.

Great steak. Only reason it's a 4 is because my steak was ever so slightly over cooked. Rosebank branch got it right in all aspects. Great place, great service but again....please don't over do my medium rare steak.

Great location, but average food at top notch prices. The waiters were FABULOUS! Friendly and attentive. The toilets were Disgusting!! Not just dirty but revolting. Totally unacceptable to expect your paying customers to make use of such facilities.
