Always great. The best pizzas! We love spoiling ourselves once in a while with great food & good service.

We ordered a monsterito Mediterranean pizza from Panarottis at Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg. While waiting for the food we decided to share a decaf cappuccino with cream. The cream was fresh, the coffee was excellent and the presentation was top class. When the pizza came we were even more blown away. The base was perfect and the chef wasn't shy with the toppings. Nomsa, our waitress also did a great job, and even the music was good with a great selection of hits at the right volume. Very impressed with this branch. Great job, Team!

Very happy with my visit to Panarottis in the Waterfall mall Rustenburg. It wasn't a busy night and that meant there was no problem with the service. The manager was friendly and helpful, and the pulled pork and pineapple pizza was a perfect meal after a long drive. And the best thing about my visit to Panarottis was the fact that they served draught. So the cold and refreshing Castle Lite draught really just finished of a very pleasing visit.

Great pasta, pizza, sandwich and drink options. Our waitress 'Toffee' was an absolute delight, recommending dishes and drink options, came to update us on when our food would be ready and was all round a bubbly personality. The prices were affordable for the big portions you get. Only thing I have to fault is the long wait, almost 20 minutes for food.

The best service I experienced in a long long time. Couldn't catch the waiters name but he was so accommodating. Made a plan for my two grandchildren so they could enjoy waffles. Well done.

Panarottis in Waterfall mall Rustenburg, is definitely a place you'll want to revisit. The service is brilliant, and the waiters are so friendly. My family and I had the best experience there today with our waiter named Elvis, he was a true legend. The staff at the sign in station were also such angels. Thank you, Panarottis.

Big on Family, Big on Pizza, and apparently also Big on Coffee! Panarottis Pizza Pasta seems to have some of the best coffee in town, no matter which town. Since I've become a coffee lover about 3 years ago, I've been trying out various restaurants' brews and is of the opinion that Panarottis all over South Africa will surprise without fail! Even in the face of their most obvious competitors, you seriously won't regret giving this famous pizza restaurant the unusual try it deserves. The consistency of quality at branches ranging from Rustenburg to Polokwane, Pretoria and the Natal South Coast is impeccable and has brought me to the point of being confident of what I can expect, often preferring this chain of restaurants over others. So, if you haven't become a barista yourself or your favorite coffee joint isn't nearby, take your family to any Panarottis for good food, good playtime and good coffee!

Baie teleurgestel in netheid. Tafel matjies terug gestuur. Was vuil en olierig. Spyskaarte is vuil. Bedien Sunshine D margarine - waar is die botter? Die toilette 10 uur in die oggend walglik vuil - foto's geneem. Tog agter die deur af gemerk dat dit 9 vm skoon gemaak was. Dit is om van naar te word. Niks om hande mee droog te maak - blaser is stukkend en gee papier handdoeke. Dit laat mens wonder hoe lyk die kombuis binne!

That place will never see me again. The waiter Neo was exelent but the time you wait for "your eat as much as you can" special. I called the manager of the place and explained to him what is the problem and he just looked at me as if im stealing his oxigen. That place is KAK!!

Worst service ever. First no lemon for the savanna. R70 for starter wings that you cannot get into ur body. Spagetti and meat balls tasteless. Waited 4 ever for the food. Then the incorrect pizza was given to me. Even waited half an hour 4 the bill. Waiter was nowhere to be found. O and lady in the play area says they dont even have paper for the kids to colour. Waist of time and money

It was my first time to eat out there as i have ordered takeaways from this place.Delicious traditional breakfast pizza and the coffee was superb. Friendly waiters. I will be back again and again �

Still the slowest service in town. Time and time again. Should have gone to Milaneza. But they dis not have space. Wonder why?

Die tafel was vuil en die menus net so vieslik vuil. Die waiter het geen idee wat n Rock shandy is nie. Vra of ek dit in n bottel of wynglas wil hê. Pateties. Gladnie die kwaliteit van Sonora Spur nie.

Worst experience tonight....this special thing on a thursday was the last. I will join milaneza from now on. Your waiters only put there tjommies first...we sit there an hour after complaining nothing being done and still no pizza for us...if you complain they are spitefull and show you they will not bring you pizza....sit there 3hours and did not even eat a whole pizza.

Just would have been nice if the kiddies milkshaked looked the same as on their menu, that was a real disappointment for me. Service was excellent.
