We enjoyed the service and the breakfast, however we had to ask for more sugar, to which we didn't get a friendly response from one of the service ladies there, but besides that do try the breakfast offering they serve till 10am.
During the evening the service can be slow but it a good place and ice cream machine is always working.
This place has the greatest hits and customer satisfaction services and they serve with love always smiling bigup to the employee
This one you will love. You will need seldom experience any issues. One of the best U know. I am always here. The only problem comes at month end. It gets too full!
Great experience and customer service I got was excellent.
Food quality was good as expected, but the place is somewhat very busy and most of the time I waited longer for the meal. It's understandable though. I think deliveries also order a lot from this branch and the invisible que contributes to the delay.
Always great!! Very friendly staff. Get your morning breakfast and enjoy. Nice start the day off with a Coffee or Cappuccino. I love Westgate Macdonald's. They always greet and smile and that's important.
This is my “to go eat” place for lunch as I work around there. I always get a good service which is why I always go back to McD in Westgate Mall. A gentleman by the name Thando assisted me step by step on how to download the McD app and register so I can save!. What a super star he is and I hope the
Super clean!! Service is on point, plus they have upgraded to self service stations which makes placing an order very quick and easy. There's also tables with electricity ports (to connect phones or laptops) where you can do your work while enjoying your meal. I was impressed.
Milkshakes are to die for and at a reasonable price. Great place during loadshedding to work.
