Review Mcdonald's - Roodepoort

I had a delightful experience at McDonald's! The seating area was spacious, easily accommodating more than 100 customers, and the kids' play section was a great addition. Ordering was a breeze, and I appreciated the flexibility to customize my order with a hash brown outside of the usual breakfast hours. The service was prompt, on par with other McDonald's locations. Now, onto the food: the coffee was quite good, earning a 4 out of 5 rating. The buns were top-notch, receiving a perfect 5 out of 5. The only minor drawback was the chips portion, which I would rate as a 3 out of 5. Overall, the presentation was impressive, receiving a solid 4 out of 5 rating. I did notice that the branch appeared to be understaffed, but I believe they are doing their best with the resources available. If they could add a few more staff members to handle the growing number of customers, this location could become a flagship McDonald's in the Westrand area. Wish you all the best ✌🏼 Note: First burger and chips was returned and a second was served very quickly afterwards. Pepper is not usually provided, but always available when requested ⭐️

Very peaceful place to eat,the drive thru is even faster than most drive thru's i know

Ideally situated, great extended business hours, safe parking, offers delivery, neat and tidy dine in experience, friendly helpful staff, decent coffee, with children's play area.

It was a wonderful experience at the Roodepoort McD's branch. My wife were amazed at the wonderful customer service of Dimokatso that went the extra mile, there were no cup holders and she created something from cardboard to assist us. Well done

I am still reminiscing about the "New" Tex Mcflurry ice cream I enjoyed when I drove-thru the other day, it was delicious! Thank you for your consistency in good customer service! I returned the ice-cream because it didn't have the right texture, it was dripping on my hand so the lady that was serving me asked me to drive close to the entrance and she would make me another Mc-flurry. I liked her attitude and felt that she was customer orientated.....I was not content paying R35 on a new product that didn't meet my expectation, but she turned it all around and made sure I was happy when I left the drive-thru. This deserves a standing ovation, thank you for your exceptional customer service!!!

However I don't understand the 30min time period. I felt like one was forced to eat super fast. But nonetheless everything was amazing

Placing food order at counter or machine is user friendly. The cashiers give advise on pairing of meals so that it's cost-effective for you. They patiently help you to use the McD App.

The service is very quick and friendly at this branch. The staff is attentive. Haven't had a bad experience in the times that I have used them.

First going there but I was satisfied with their service and the atmosphere. Keep it up

The service was good an quick, considering the fact that it's month end on a Friday evening. The food was good. Would recommend. 👍

I bought 6 nuggets and they gave me 4, instead. When I got home, we were given peri peri sauce even my 2 grandsons. We all don’t eat peri peri and had to eat nuggets without sauce
