I'm happy with the experience I had today. It was my daughter's birthday. The food was delicious, big up to the guys in the kitchen. My waitress was friendly, servicing with a smile. The atmosphere was great, nice play area for the kids. I'll definitely come back.

The best service ever. All staff members and very friendly and accommodating. This is every time we go there. They never disappoint Amazing vibe. I highly recommend dining there anyday any time.

Great specials on a Tuesday, who would have thought its possible to have dinner for two under R250. With their great specials it is… their pizzas were fresh, and delicious. Definitely worth a visit after a long day 👌 it does get quite busy from about 6pm

Always a great place to dine especially if you enjoy Italian food like me. Dreamy Alfredo, fresh pizzaz always, won't go wrong. Just go earlier cause it tends to get very packed month end.

The restaurant situated infront of NuMetro cinema, provides a open vibrant dinning experience. With ample seating outside and inside your comfort will be guaranteed. The service is friendly an concise helping orders te get to table faster. The quality of the food is good and you will leave satisfied.

I love this panarottis. The food is always delicious. We were there last Friday and it was super busy, but our waiter Thabo stayed on top of things and delivered excellent service.

The best service and the best pizza. Trust me, Ive complained before when we had pizza at the Cresta branch. Only to realise it belongs to the same owner. But nothing but nothing ever will get to the service the food and the attack atmosphere we getting at Clearwater. I can not fault anything. And the pizza's we had yesterday so much toppings and warm and the crust was crispy. Im telling you. Clearwater Panarottis rock. Thank you thank you. No wonder that is my favourite restaurant.

I have never had such horrible service from your astute business. So I decided to have dinner at your restaurant like we usually do and lady who was serving us was just terrible. When we arrived, we never felt welcomed. She failed to pass simple greetings. As if that was not enough, when we got seated she threw the menus on the table and the next thing we heard 'Are you ready to order?!' That should have been a sign that we not welcomed but we sat and hoped for the best. When she came to collect the orders, she literally said one sentence: 'Do you like it hot or not?!' Not once during our meal did come to check to see if we are okay. As I'm typing this complain, we are waiting for our bill. I know we represent a very small fraction of your customer base, but if you continue to keep people like Millicent then you might as well close shop because she will drive your company to the ground.

Went out with my girl friends for dinner on Saturday at Panarottis. Firstly the waiter wasn't friendly, secondly we ordered and he forgot the avo on our pizza. When he was told about this he just pulled a funny face and went about doing what he was busy doing. When the pizza arrived I asked for more garlic & chilli and was ignored and only on my second request it was brought to our table. I was very unhappy with the service.

Best Italian food this side of the equator. Their pizza dough is amazing. Imported flour all the way from Italy. Will not eating pizza any where else from now on.

I want to give you guys a high five and five stars for the service we received last night. Bearing in mind that Thursdays are one of your busiest nights we were greeted at the door and each and every staff member that we encountered was friendly and attentive to our table even though they weren't our waiter. In this case that "little bit extra" they did throughout the evening went a very long way. Thank you for the pleasant dining experience.

I was there long ago, what a big surprize now it is nice open(we were outside) and the staff very helpful friendly. But the food oh the food really!!! that was delicious, food still very hot and the melting cheese, oh yeah !! Must do it again very soon. Thanks!!

Definitely not worth it. Rather go to Panarotties Cresta. Worst dining experience and horrible food.

Our waitress was awesome n super friendly. Will def be going back. The child minders were really attentive to the kids n the manager was really accommodating in getting us a table as close as possible to the kids area.

Awful experience tonight. Waited almost 40 minutes for one pizza take-away after being told it'll take 15 minutes. I then get my pizza- ice cold and next to no toppings. Never again man.

I’ve had the worst experience ever at Panarottis Clearwater on Sunday. <br/> <br/>My family religiously enjoy Panarottis on Thursdays and I some Sundays and whenever we are about to enjoy a movies or did some shopping. . I love the atmosphere at the Clearwater Panarottis with the difference families and couples enjoying a good Italian dish. <br/>Sadly, all the good talks are wiped away with the rather disgusting service we’ve experienced on Sunday. <br/>Firstly, we were shown to our table by a young lady who may have forgotten to give us the manu’s because she just threw a kiddies manu on the table and went back to the door to attend to other people also waiting for a table. We sat for a half and hour without being attended to and only when the manger did a regular visit to the tables to find out if everyone is enjoying did we have an opportunity to ask her for some manus. She herself bought us the manus and then it took almost an hour for a waiter to come to our tables to ask if we would like to order drinks. The waiter was very helpful, and I could see that it was not his table because he was attending to the tables outside. The bold man with the moustache who was responsible for our table some reason refused to attend to is and totally ignored us and walked right part us attending to everyone else around and next to us.  <br/>He made it quite obvious that he refused to attend to us because everyone else that got assisted noticed. I’m not sure acted in this repulsive manner, perhaps he thought that when we asked the manager for manus that we complained and decided that he will not attend to our table. <br/>A feeling of frustration and anger quickly turned to embarrassment as everyone noticed and had their focus on our table who sat helplessly and watched people enjoy a meal with their families. <br/>The waiter that came to our aid was very helpful and took our orders and by this time my three-year-old daughter was already crying to add to my embarrassment because we had already on 1 and a half hours of sitting and she was hungry. He did the best he could in brining her food quickly and while we waited for ours. All in this time the older waiter with the moustache still ignored us and attended to a younger couple who had just entered and was looking at the manu.  <br/>All the other families had already left because it was heading to 8 o’clock and we have entered the restaurant at 5:30. <br/>Just to confirm that the man refused to help us – after our meal and while waiting for the bill when the restaurant was now empty with only the young couple. He and some of the other waiters were standing next to the register cashing up the orders and speaking in isizulu. Assuming, that I do not understand or speak isizulu they laughed and asked him why he did not want to help us (Suppose it was funny to them), he did answer and just walked away. <br/>This experience really made me feel very inferior and unwelcome and the worst of this experience is that my children had to go through it as well.  <br/>But thank you to the waiter that came to our aid

On Friday 6th December my family and I attended the Christmas Carols evening at Clearwater and decided to have something to eat at Panarottis. After waiting for half an hour for a table we went inside, ordered some drinks, which were server somewhat quickly and then ordered 3 large pizzas to share. We waited for approximately 45 minutes, no food, no waitress to give updates. Eventually I went to find the manager and was promised that our food was on the way. Ten minutes later two pizzas arrived at our table, after another 5 minutes, the third pizza arrived. We were a party of six and only got 4 plates...... Needless to say I will not visit this establishment in the future.

By far the best pizza, not just in town but probably in the whole of SA.<br/><br/>Nevermind the good service with lots of smiles. The food was simply fantastic. We usually have leftovers but this time polished 3 large pizzas and 2 sets of chicken wings between 4 people.<br/><br/>It’s a good thing we don’t live near by. I’ll get fat and broke very quickly coz I’ll eat there every day😂

Everyone was happy, vegan, vegetarian and meat eaters. Best we’ve had in a long time!!! The pizzas were fantastic, the meat was beautifully done, pastas were delicious. Yay!

Found a piece of their pizza oven cleaning scrub in my pizza which ruined my meal. They didn't charge me for it and apologised which I appreciated but in general it's not the best Panarottis around and I won't support them again.

Enjoyed a wonderful experience on the night of the all you can eat pizza special. The restaurant was busy despite that the service was good and the staff friendly. The pizza bellissimo!!! Great pizza place

Food is consistently good as expected from large brand franchises, service at Clearwater branch is always slow but friendly. Easy stop over for a quick bite to eat before movies

I ordered pizza through Uber eats and it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. The crust was bland and the toppings looked like a child had thrown it over the pizza. Absolute waste of money. Zanele

The process at Panarottis - Clearwater takeout customers EVERYTIME is this: Cashier accepts payment from customer; customer sits at the table closest to the counter; waiting customer somehow starts being invisible to the cashier and employees; customer's food gets ready; none of the 7+ employees standing-by (making a lot of noise) takes time to check up if the food is ready; after 30+ minutes of waiting, customer gets tired of waiting for a meal that takes 10-15 min to prepare; customer goes to check up on the meal; gets told, "Sorry sir, your meal was ready 15 minutes ago" .... moral of the story: The onus rests upon the takeout customer to check his own meal periodically because it will lay in the kitchen. Maybe next time I should get a chair and sit in the kitchen... ooh, and the ratio of meat and mushrooms to the amount of pasta is ridiculously way much lower than anywhere else I have been!

Had dinner here with my 3 year old and husband after movies. My pasta with chourizo was ok but I would not order it again - a bit too oily for my taste. My daughters margarita pizza was also quite oily, but she enjoyed it. My hubby had a pizza which he said was ok. Service was reasonably quick, and a nice touch is the kiddies lucky packet which my daughter loved.

We went for their weekday breakfast special. Had the Mexican breakfast Pizza which was really delicious. The servers were helpful, friendly and always on hand.

We had a good time. This was the best Panarottis we have been to in a long time. Kid had a blast, friendly and fast service. Food was great.

Carb Conscious breakie at Panarottis Clearwater Mall, Mushrooms are mouth watering, best I've had in a while, nice little breakfast to get the Friday started.

I dont usually go to chain restaurants but sometimes I give them ago and each time I am very disapointed.  We entered the restaurant and although there were like 10 million waiters standing around not one made eye contact with us.  We had to waive for service.  Why did they not see us?  Because it seems it is one big jol working at this branch because everyone is too busy chatting.  It got so noisy from all the chatting that I actually considered calling the manager but I did not feel that the effort was worth it.  My 'flat bread' which indicates it should be nice and flat and crispy was actually extremely floppy.  I was forced to eat it with a knife and fork as it could not stand on its own when you held it.   My husband had the linguini pasta with chorizo sausage.  Now my husband will eat a shoe if you put tomato sauce on it and even he complained that the chorizo tasted more like a russian.  He also complained that his pasta was cooked to death that it actually melted in his mouth (again he will eat a shoe people).  I also find them a bit on the expensive side.  You can go to an upmarket restaurant and pay the same if not slightly less.  The restaurant was also dirty.  Had to ask for the table to be wiped and then they used a dirty cloth so there was a stinch the whole time.

We decided to give this place a try one Thursday evening, only to be pleasantly surprised by the fact we were there for all you can eat Thursdays. The pizza was good, although not the best I've eaten, and they had some good combinations of ingredients available. We sat in the outside eating area, which was full of people moving around, so gave it a really busy vibe. The free pizzas didn't quite come out the kitchen as quick as I would have liked, and there were defiantly combinations more popular then others. So they were normally eaten first.

Awesome place great pizza

This restaurant boasts a surprisingly good pizza for a franchise. My boyfriend and I have had a takaway or sit down from this restaurant on many occasions.<br/><br/>The pizza is always prepared correctly and the cheese is often soft and fresh. There have been occasions when the service has not been exceptional, but any issues we had were sorted out by the manager. It gets very busy on Friday evenings but is packed with a variety of customers, from families to couples sharing dinner.<br/><br/>The menu is simple and offers the standard franchise options. It is also italian only. They do have a small range of salads. Don't try the garlic butter prawns, it is bland. I would rather stick to the pizzas. They are excellent.<br/><br/>This restaurant is NOT halaal and alcohol and pork are served on the premises.
