Lovely, lovely staff. They are always friendly and with a smile. And the pizza's are are amazing.

Good service by staff, unfortunately the card machine wasn't working so I had to draw the cash but an overall good experience was had. I didn't wait long for my order and the pizzas were tasty.

You guys deserve 6 stars. You make the best pizza i ever ate. I order it every weekend and it's very nice compared to other restaurants.

So glad that You're making halaal pizzas unlike the selfish patrons that are mentioning the fact that You cater halaal. Keep up the good work.

Possibly the worst service you’ll ever receive from a fast food chain. The food always take an hour to get delivered and when it does finally arrive, it’s always ice cold. <br/><br/>I question how long debonairs will survive in SA considering that the big players such as Pizza Hut and Dominoes have arrived.

The pizza here is really unappetising. Rather get from any other takeaway pizza place. Their cheese doesn’t melt properly, and their tomato base has a weird taste. The food is really poor quality.

There isn't a big difference between the pizzas - it's like they use the same or similar sauce for most of them. Toppings tend to be sparse too. The service at this branch is really shocking and not at all on par with the other branches. <br/>

Terrible service. I phoned and the lady helping me, couldn't hear, spell or remember anything i said. Literally had to repeat everything a few times. And I couldn't even speak finish because she took so long to reply back to me everytime. WTF!! 😡

Debonairs, my trusted old friend and go-to when life gets too much and I need free delivery! Great food but one thing I will say is that their delivering staff need better attitudes and should at least thank you for a generous tip and greet you upon arrival. Not all are rude, though.

Life hack: Half and half large margherita pizza. Half 1: replace tomato for mushrooms, mozzarella for cheddar. Half 2: replace mozzarella for chicken and leave the tomatoes on. Request an thin and crispy base. Fold the pizza and voila you have a quesadilla! For the same price as a margherita :)

Pizza took more than 2 hours and despite ringing numerous times still no improvement. When arrived pizza was barely warm. Won't be using them again.

I don't believe I have ever had a problem with this branch of Debonairs - and certainly not recently. They're quick and helpful. I don't believe I have ever ordered to deliver though, so I can't speak for that.<br/><br/>In general, Debonairs is never my first pizza option except when I'm in the mood for fast food pizza which I have been lately. When that mood hits, Debonairs always hits the spot more than any other fast food pizza joint.

Ordered our pizza online and just picked up from this store. Good service and was ready to go in 20 minutes. Toppings were very rationed though.

DO NOT ORDER from this branch. I ordered and collected pizzas's from this branch. The pizza's they gave  me were completely wrong, which I only realised when I got home. I phoned them to rectify the order and they tried to make me pay more than what I initially paid! When they delivered the one's I initially ordered  the service  was less than desired. The delivery woman was surly and stand-offish. I overheard her gossiping to the security guards about me and the situation. I find this incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not frequent them again.I find this service appalling on the manager's and service person's part. Both my boyfriend and I tried to call and they dismissed my call completely. They assumed I was uneducated enough to take advantage of, with no apology. I WILL NOT be a patron of this branch again. They are ignorant and provide terrible service.

Absolutely terrible. Spot the only fresh Basil leaf (It came out of my own fridge). Called and asked to speak to the Manager, .... But He/She didn't even bother to phone back!! Instead the order was just resent with replacement pizza's to shut me up. In addition to this the kiddies pizza was also incorrectly made but still delivered. Why?<br/>Now I ask ...... Will I order from them again ? Uuuuuh NO !!!!!

Hungry and low on budget? Go there. Best for students, value for money. Home delivery takes a bit long, but can drop pizza at the university of Cape Town, when you working late night.

credit card stolen via telephone, SAPS case filed and investigation done, police said info must have been written down on a paper because they didnt directly put the info into the system rather wrote it down and charged it moments later. terrible.
