Great new sweet and coffee shop. Always super clean and the staff are excellent and smiling. The chicken pie was the best I ever had ... Yum!

It's a great ice-cream stop and has a good selection of coffees too. I was disappointed at the limited selection of ice-creams and for me an Emporium is a place where you can craft your own ice-cream from toppings etc. so from that perspective it was disappointing. Nonetheless, as an overall experience, we liked it - the staff were very friendly and all the patrons that came in were happy to mingle with our kids etc. - the entire place has a very homely feel and the decor is great. Very clean, pristine, clinical, but not in a bad way. I would definitely consider coming back, although I did find the prices were a little steep (maybe a loyalty card to motivate people to want to return?) ... again, it was still very much a good experience and the milkshake was delish :)

Not only is this the best ice cream that you will have in cape town but their place is also very neat and has an awesome welcome feeling when you walk through the front door, management and staff are also very friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
