Steers restaurant, N2, Riviersonderend, Western Cape. When you travel on N2 from west to east, it is on your lefthand side. I visited the restaurant on 12 May 2023. There was no queue outside. TRADING HOURS: 7:00 - 23:00 Take-away: 5:00- 23:00 There are parking and wheelchair parking; and the entrance is wheelchair-friendly. There was a very small queue inside the shop. But the restaurant is spacious and well-ventilated. There is free WIFI The menu is very attractive: KING STEER BURGERS: -Mighty -Big Bacon -Orinal REAL HUNGRY BURGERS: - Double cheesy - Bacon -Mega ribster FAMOUS HAND-CUT CHIPS: -chips -cheesey ADD TOPPINGS FLAME-GRILLED RIBS CLASSIC BURGERS -chilli cheese - with cheese MILK SHAKES ICE CREAM SWIRLS ICE CREAM CONES MIX IT UP Both cash and card payments are accepted. The staff was very friendly and supportive. Both sit-down and take-away facilities are available. The restroom facilities are well-kept. I rate the shop 5 stars

Steers franchise, so you know the food (reliably fresh and tasty). The service, quite late on a Friday night, was great - very friendly and helpful lady. The restaurant was clean and neat.

It's a burger joint situated conveniently on the N2 approx 2hr drive from Cape Town. At a garage and there us a shop and toilets too. Great for aquick stop and to grab a bite to eat.

Friendly staff. The que got guiet long at one stage but the staff is efficient and handle the load well. Service with the necessary serviettes and accessories that goes with it. Keep up the good work. PERCY MARTIN

I stop here everytime on my way to cape town. Food always great and the most friendly staff members ever even in the little shop next to steers. They want you to come back.

This is a small town branch, so not a large area for seating, but we got there and it was pretty quiet so seating wasn't an issue for us. The food was decent and typical Steers fare, but was well cooked and presented. We had a lovely waitress called 'Linky,' who was a delight.

Always nice, staff was friendly and service fast.

A great place to stop whilst traveling down the N1 in South Africa.

Well the burger is what steers in known for, their chicken is blend not at all in Nando's early however for Nando's that's their speciality.

Just amaizing, the interior is a bit outdated.

Fast fast food. Good service. Mostly the same quality levels are maintained. You know what you will get.

Food was awesome sauce. Fresh and tasty and the waiting time was very short!

My sisters and I popped in for brunch en route to Mossel Bay for the long weekend at the end of April.

Had a lovely breakfast. Service was fast and friendly. The whole family enjoyed it and felt refreshed and ready to continue on the journey.

I have been an avid Steers supporter since the 80'S. When purchasing other takeaways, I detoured to Steers to purchase what used to be... the best chips in Cape Town. �������� on 28 Nov 2017 1.5 months ago � I purchased Steers an extra large chips From the Melkbos (Birkenhead Centre) well well well... They were dry shrivelled inedible and trashed... An inconvenience and disappointment as our guest were popping in for Pizza and chips. What is the most shocking of all is, I took the time and effort to complain to the Customer Care centre on 29/30th Nov via phonecall and a follow up email on and requested a written email response. NO response whatsoever to date #notAFan

Phoned over 100 times and not one answer. Not impressed.

The worst service ever experienced at long street steers. I really hope the branch gets closed down. The worst service ever experienced. Poor delivery. Uneducated staff. The manager on duty was no help at all. Fucking scammers, taking my order and accepting my payment only to be told the items aren't in Stock. I placed an order for the shake it up combo where I wanted a veggie patty however to my surprise the waiter still fucked the order up. If your only job is to place orders then how the fuck can you get it wrong,then again it doesn't take much experience to work for steers. !!! I will be posting my disappointment on every social media platform as I know I'm not the only person who has had issues with steers. For the manager at the steers branch in long street , I suggest you use your salary and educate yourself further as you clearly just a waste of fresh air and you shouldn't be a manager.
