Baleia Wines - Riversdale - Photo album

We were fortunate to spend a little time with Gunther during his harvest of Syrah . Such skill and dedication from this winemaker who is increasing the quality and also quantity every year from these incredible limestone shale vineyards .
Great service and THE best sauvignon blanc ive EVER had! Im usually a red drinker....but wow! The wine maker is legend! Go for a tasting!
An absolute underrated farm. This little gem was such a pleasure seeing and oh my goodness, tasting! You will be just doing yourself an injustice to pass the farm and not have a peak inside!
Great wine. You can see it from the N2.They do not sell olives anymore. Something different regarding wine. You can take your wine glass home that you used for tasting, you pay for tasting. Beautiful bottles and packaging for the olive oil. Perfect gift.
The only coastal wine estate for over a hundred kilometres, so the wines should be different. I enjoyed the 2016 Shiraz the most. Worth a visit.
Had a wonderful relaxing time tasting these superb wines. Whites are delightfully crisp and fruity and we went away with some for sure. Experience was made even better by the fantastic customer focused staff especially Samantha who deserves a raise for sure! And the free coffee is the best I have ta
Lovely setting next to the N2. The wines are lovely and for R50 you taste 7 great wines. The lady serving us was very pleasant and offered an excellent coffee to my Mom who did not taste the wines. Worth a stop, but make sure you have a designated driver as you may drink more than spit out.
Loved the ambience, nice decor and suitable music. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable about the wine and origins. Very impressed with the wine, particularly enjoyed the Pinot Noir.
