Food was delicious and cooked to perfection, manager is friendly and continously checked if we were comfortable and if the food was prepared to our liking. The service I received with my family was exceptional our waiter was friendly and helpful to every extent. A very big 10 to Nandos Richards Bay. Be prepared for more of me.
Table was cleaned while we are not finished even our drinks were taken while glass where half by a male waiter, I never experienced such since been visiting all Nandos

The food was delicious, wonderful interior. The place could have been a little tidier. Our seats and table had crumbs and seasoning. The front door doesn't close properly and it was a blistering hot day, so the place wasn't cool inside.
Its always surprisingly efficient here. Especially for a Nandos drive-thru

Their food is always nice & I like that they open until 22h00 exactly very advantageous for us working night shift around there.

Due to work I leave Richards bay before any shops open and finish my day after they close, but luckily I can still buy my next days lunch at Nandos as my work is located far from any shops. I got to nandos 10min before closing, and as I was waiting for my meal I saw them helping more clients even after closing time, sure all of them have a reason for being late. I just want to say thank you for service us, we appreciate your dedication.
Service is consistent
If there's load shedding I suggest they keep door opened for air to flow ..richardbay can be hot

Great service.
Was disappointed with the cold and dry breasts in the burgers. Great livers, top notch 1/2 chicken. The chips were the best.
So like all outlets, quality can change.
I'll be back.
