Absolutely top star service! Our waiter, Humphrey, was an absolute gem! Food was superb and just a lovely family night out. Best of all, Humphrey let us know that Panarottis have a braille menu!

Great vibe for a Monday night and rather busy. The food was great and good to note they don't only serve pizzas. They also had other delightful menu items and cocktails on the menu. The service was great even while they were busy. Overall, it was a good experience. They have wheelchair access and toilets inside the restaurant. they have a great vibe for birthdays and do the whole singing dancing thing, which is actually nice.

Service was a bit slow this time around but they are usually super fast. Food is normally great. Experienced some mishap with some wrong order but got sorted out very quickly. Will recommend. Is very kid friendly.

Good pizza and pasta, a little pricey if you don’t go for the specials. Milkshakes are wonderful and the service was incredible and very friendly. Atmosphere only marked down because there were kids squealing and running past the table occasionally.

I had a great time at panarottis today. Due to loadshedding I had to find a place quick to work that had a plug point. After visiting 2 coffee shops who didn't have the space or power to accommodate me, I ended up at panarottis. Ordered a coffee milkshake which was heavenly and instantly made me forget about those coffee shops. Ordered a pizza that was served fresh. More than enough toppings, more than enough flavour. Simply couldn't ask for a better made pizza. The service was great. There was a number of working individuals in the restaurant and the staff understood how to approach us and when. My server, Dennis, checked up on a number of times without interrupting me. The atmosphere in middle of day was quite. A bunch of working individuals making a plan during loadshedding. I also appreciated that the music was not too loud and not repetitive

I visited the Ferndale branch a while ago for a quick dinner during loadshedding and we were pleasantly surprised. We had their Thursday special and it was good value for money! Their coolers to share was also really nice. They have a nice play area for kids as well and an outside seating area.

To Mbali the (supervisor at Panarrotis ) and our waiter for the day , thank you for such great service and taking care of us, most delicious pizza's we have had , we will definitely be back .

The food was amazing as always. I got the impression that they were understaffed as it took 1 hour to receive starters, and even drinks took long. However, it was worth the wait as the food was exceptional.

Perfect to eat and work during loadshedding. A number (not all) of the booths have plug points.

I came here with my friend for a pizza breakfast date . It’s a very family friendly place with a great playing area for kids . The service is really great ,our waiter was extremely attentive and kept checking on us . Their menu is also great and has a lot of variety outside of pizza . Our pizza was really good .

Everything was going well for me at this place until I decided to go to the bathroom . I was horrified it was quite dirty .

Outside of the bathroom situation this is a decent and affordable place .

WOW recently I've been wondering why was Panarottis Mimosa so empty, only to find out the service over there is so bad, as I write this review I have been sitting here for an hour and no one has attended to me, when I arrived I asked for a warm class of water and I was given the coldest water on the planet, the spur cooperations shares have fallen and it's because of the service that they offer, a lot of attention has to be paid to this review or this restaurant will come to an end.

My husband and i have recently started troubling the pizzeria with our demanding selves.

However when our tummies get a slightly rumbly we are left scratching our heads when on the lookout for a place that caters for a pair of busy little hands and feet.

When going to public eating esatablishments we are often left playing tetris trying to fit a baby stroller or a baby carrier into a crowded area, hence why we sit outside .... most of the time.

After much internal deliberation, and other takeout exhaustion, we decided to purposely pester Panarottis . One hell of a lasting impression was made.

Please pop in on Facebook

TOURISM ELF ON THE ROAD

For a full look of the review

The service sucked, the pizzas sucked, the water sucked, the milkshake sucked and the vibe sucked, basically what I'm trying to say is everything sucked, the was no redeeming quality about the place. I only downloaded this app to give this review, oh and I only gave it a 1 because I couldn't give it 0.

We went on the Thursday all you can eat night and we were very pleased with the great service we got. The staff were all very friendly and the manager was very hands on. Two out of four of us were vegetarian and they made two pizzas especially for us so that we wouldn't have to wait. They even offered a third vegetarian pizza but we were too full. Wow. Thanks Panarottis, we appreciate it.

Very busy as lots of people love the food. Nice to see manager helping and working in the store alongside staff. We went last night and got a great waitress. Very good service with a smile and yummy food. Thank you Panarottis Cresta for always being good over the years. Always great fun times and good food

It's a creche that serves food, that is all. Just remember, the food that your screaming, dribbling, snot ball of a two year old child is served, is the same food you are being served. Fact.

The manager is extremely rude and shouts at customers due to his own problems. They take too long to serve the food. Completely dissatisfied.

I am not a huge fan of italian franchise restaurants but was very hungry and Panarotti's happened to be the first restaurant we came across. We had the half and half which is awesome and chose the boerie and biltong pizza and the rib and chicken pizza. The boerie and biltong pizza was delicious and topped with a large amount of avo which I absolutely love. The rib and chicken pizza I found to be average and scarce in toppings. Service isn't the greatest but isn't bad either.

Always good pizza and good shakes! And such a nice friendly waiter we had, so good service. Would be nice to have just a few more options of vegetarian pizzas though, but delicious non-the-less.

We choose a busy night to host our youth group farewell as they headed out on a trip. The manager on duty was so accommodating as it was their Thursday special "Eat as much pizza as you like" and boy was the place busy. Though all 30 of us could not sit together, we were all seated pretty quickly with the teens and a few adults having a large table. The staff continuously walk around with a variety of pizza combinations that you can just help yourself to if you have taken advantage of the special. Resisting the pizza I had a Fillet Salad and what a surprise it was! The salad was just lovely being super fresh and the beef tender but it was the delicious mushrooms that made all the difference. Who would have thought. A few things I learnt is that they now have wheat and gluten free bases, have a kids to "Dough-it-Yourself" concept as well as you can plan a pizza party for that special little person in your life. They also have a adults & kids Halaal menu. Service was friendly and efficient from beginning to end. All in all a pleasant experience.

We went there as a family on a Saturday evening. Our waiter was really friendly and cheerful and made sure that our meal was enjoyable. The food did take a while to arrive. The portion was decent but the price is a little bit on the higher side compared to other restaurants that offers similar food in Cresta. But overall, i had an enjoyable visit.

Panarottis let me down with their pizza ,their toppings are tasteless and pizza is super thin and bland .The phrase I would rather eat cardboard applies

Whilst the pizza at Panarottis Cresta is delicious compared to other (franchise) pizza places, the customer service is outrageously bad, rudeness, long waits and messed up orders seem standard. It's a pity - Panarottis could be so very brilliant.

Initially i was reluctant to visit this place as i am not such a pizza person, but after visiting once i had visited this multiple times. I like their veg pizzas and the setup and environment is also good

I love panarottis. I organized a group function for the All you can eat pizza Thursday and although bookings aren't allowed, Wesley was able to work something out for us. The pizza was a bit slow to come around at first, but it picked up with 3 of the waiters helping at our table. No complaints, the pizza slices were always hot and tasty. The waiters did an excellent job ensuring everyone had drinks and were attended to at all times. Will be back.

This place has a breakfast pizza special that is available until 11am. 3 types to choose from. The pizzas were quite tasty, the decor good and the service is so so. Lots of children - you choose whether this is a good or a bad thing 😜

One of the worst places to eat. I have been there twice and had very bad service. Frozen ham on my pizza and hot beers. Very noisy kitchen. The staff have no idea about service.

Panarottis - mixed feelings. Firstly, amazing pizzas! Bases are crisp and fresh.... (Even the gluten free bases are great). The prices for pizza are good for the portion size. I have always been a fan of Panarottis Pizza! In terms of Pasta, they completely lack... I wouldn't say it's fair to categorise the pastas as Italian pasta. The Lasagne is average on a good day but the rest of the pastas are pretty bland. Our waitress had been friendly but really inefficient - she hadn't checked on us more than once the entire night... We had to ask other waitresses for assistance. In all honesty, I would say that the pizzas are great and definitely worth a visit after some shopping or if you crave some doughy goodness ;) but I wouldn't exactly recommend the pastas. Overall, you wouldn't be wasting your time if you visited this franchise.

We are frequent customers of panarottis cresta and usually the food is amazing, the pastas are well made and well presented and the pizzas are world class. Today though the place was full of customers and the standard in the food and service dropped from 100% to 40%. Pasta under seasoned and served on a pizza plate while the pizza Base I had was thick and fluffy like a Romans pizza Base. While the toppings were under seasoned. The service was also poor, our waiter seemed to care more for the bigger tables and even forgot to bring us drinks. Very disappointed 😞

Everyone knows that Panarottis is the place to go to for pizza if you are in a shopping mall and if you do not know what else to try. This outlet offers the same than all the others in the chain, so you will know what to expect and what you will pay if you go to this one. However, the eat as much as you can pizza special is normally a nightmare! The waiters cannot keep up, they miss people, and the restaurant is overcrowded. If you are at this restaurant, I will strongly recommend that you try the vegetarian pizza (even if you are not vegetarian), it is really divine. And of course the sangria for a drink!

I've been coming to this restaurant for my favourite pizza al capone. Been coming for years and the place has never lost its standard and warm welcome :) i will always come back for more keep it up:)

Still keeps getting better and better great people and management.

We were at Panarottis in Cresta when they had their "eat as much as you can" pizza special. Everyone on the one side of the restaurant started to complain, as the waiters started serving only on the one side and halfway through, everything is finished, so no one on the other side gets anything. In an hour and a half, there was no mexican or vegetarian pizza doing the rounds.

Came here to get a couple of pizzas for take away and after waiting the required 20 minutes we get back and the guy who "helped" us ran away! We then had to wait another 20 minutes plus not knowing where the heck how order was. Pathetic. Managers seem to run around lost with very concerned looks all the time.
I really like panarottis, it's a pity it's quite far away from where I live because I really enjoy their pizzas and their bar one milkshakes are absolutely to die for! They always run great specials which is really cool and affordable.

You get what you pay for. It's reasonable to average fare. Conveniently located in the food side of the mall and offering the normal franchise full menu fare - dozens of pastas and pizzas. If you're in the mood for pizza & want a quick lunch it's fine.

Great pizza spaghetti boulanas. Super stuff amazing kids area well done to Sharon loved the service not expenceive at all????????????????????????????????????

Who would've thunk that a traditional Italian family restaurant would also make the best roast chicken and stir-fry vegetables! Ultra yummy with its crispy outside and tender inside. Exactly according to my particular taste.

As a mom on the move, between Gauteng ice hockey practices, my sons school activities, & sporting events, and my demanding job in advertising... I am unfortunately forced to eat out more often than I'd like to.

This made Panarottis the perfect spot. They offered my son the joy of making his own pizza snake, which he was overjoyed about, AND they managed to give me a healthier option too. Boom! Two happy peeps in less than an hour ;)

I think Panarottis is one of those family restaurants that keep living up to their reputation, a great place to bring family or friends. Service is average as you always get a few rotten apples in the bunch and the atmosphere is created mainly for families. The prices are incredibly well priced and really getting generous portions for your servings.
Larissa
My friends and I often find ourselves here when going out. Everyone generally loves pizza so it's a good choice. The pizzas are decently priced. They not as good as a wood fire pizza, this would be a great improvement. The ambience is lacking. The service isn't good. The waiters are rude and food orders are often messed up.

The Panarottis located at Cresta is a great family restaurant. We often visit this Panarottis mainly because it is in the area and they have great specials, including the "all you can eat". My favourite dish is the Chicken and Mushroom Pizza a classic. The outdoor seating is very accommodating and so is their staff members, I've spent many birthdays as kid eating at this restaurant!

Panarottis has a welcoming vibe and is a good family restaurant. They do a yummy vegetarian pizza, generously topped with cherry tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, spring onions and pineapple. Their Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni is a rich dish as it is topped with an additional three cheeses (mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar). They have a cute 'duo pizza' option, which allows you to combine your two favourites into one pizza.
