We again had good food from McDonald's but the waiting time in the drivethrough was way past 10 minutes and finally when I got to the window to receive my food they were out of drink tray holders and the person expected me to somehow magically be able to transport 4 milkshakes in my car. After some motivation she was able to make a plan and put the 4 milkshakes in a paper bag.

Good and quick but it really isn't nice to try have a relaxing sit down to have a meal and it sounds like you're sitting in an ICU with what sounds like 3 different alarms going off constantly.
