To me this is s healthy fast food place. The fact that you can create your own unique wrap or shawarma is a win! I always order the falafel shawarma and it never disappoints!

Staff and service is great, A suggestion: 1. please obtain more EFT machines as I had to swipe at Steers, machine was supposedly out with a delivery. 2. Please purchase more clippers/ spoons as the same ones are used for all the fillings...some customers are vegetarian and also might not eat all the fillings offered. Best regards.

Amazing first time experience! The service was so excellent I vowed to come back and tip the lady that assisted me. Such exceptional customer experience that they provide. I was walked through the whole process and ingredients. Loved the shwarma and I see myself having more.

Good food, but the guy serving us gave us 1 wrong schwarma (I got two made with lots of bringel and got 1 with a whole lot of jalapeños) quite a let down.

First time at the cresta store. Had the falafel, raw spinach, aubergines and crispy onions, it was awesome for a meat free Monday and service was good, who said Monday's are boring and it's R10, off

We ordered via MR Delivery a while back, we only got a wrap and pieces of meat for R180! dry with no sauces AND THEY DID NOT even have the decency to act professional like other franchises when you lay a complaint, we regularly order online and try new things almost every weekend, but this was the worst, worst food and worst service (Level of apologising unprofessional, next time when you come, next time this, next time that, lol dude, there is no next time).My Advice is, if you hungry and looking for a good filling meal, order elsewhere.

This spot has become a regular lunch time favorite! I always opt for the falafel, it comes in full or half portion - the half portion perfect for a light meal and well priced. You can watch them make it fresh, the toppings could have been better and more variety but the brinjal  with jalepeno's and hummus always wins! The service is good.

I had a burger today, which was way below par. Management at Anat should Change their supplier of burger patties. It as like eating chip board.

The falafel was rock hard, eggplants were black... The worst was the chips were ice cold. When we complained about the chips, all the waitress did was take the same chips and throw it into hot oil. The customer experience is unsatisfactory. Very disappointing. Will never eat there again.😠😠<br/>

I ordered a take-away lamb schwarma through Mr Delivery, as I couldn’t visit the restaurant by myself.<br/><br/>There weren’t any options online on which fillings to add, so when the Anat kitchen received my order, they added all of the fillings, which I am very grateful for, since the meal was very big and tasty.<br/><br/>In addition to the schwarmas, they also packed cups with extra hummus and tahini, once again something that I appreciate.

Very disappointed. The portions have reduced. Bought a half schwarma and noted the portion of the main ingredient, chicken, was quite small.

As much as we like Anat, I don't see the value for money in their food anymore. R42,90 for half a sharwama in which I'm only given 3 small falafel balls. I've noticed a trend recently where prices have increased but portions have decreased. I understand the economics but value for money should always be front of mind. Hard for me to enjoy when I feel ripped off

I don't know what it was but the energy at this Anat was weird. Maybe it was a blue Monday. The staff was so peculiar, friendly but empty and sloooow for days. <br/><br/>They have my essential ingredients at an Anat: <br/>• Aubergine<br/>• A selection of onion: Crispy Onions, raw onions <br/><br/>The meat free Monday falafel was alright. The falafel was crispy but food is always better when made with love.

I've been a fan of the Anat Outlet since childhood, but unfortunately this branch isn't up to standard. The service was quite slow and our less than eager server struggled to get our order right. We had to wait quite some time for our turn to get food & there were hiccups in our order. The food was sloppy and really not worthwhile. I'm still an Anat fan, but tend to avoid this branch.

Went a bit Christmas shopping yesterday and decided to get a bite at Anat. I usually love their shwarmas ( I usually go to the one in rosebank)<br/>WOW was I wrong!<br/><br/>When we got there, it was not busy at all, but there was a lady in front of me and someone behind me.<br/>There were 5 people behind the counter, but one was behind the till, and one was helping the lady in front of me.<br/> and the rest was washing the walls.<br/><br/>Eventually after waiting for a very long time, the lady behind the counter shouted at the one guy washing walls to help me.<br/>So he dusted of he's hands ( Full of detergents and water) and proceeded to come help me.<br/><br/>And he only washed he's hands after I asked him to.<br/><br/>So he helped me eventually, and took almost 15 mins to do one shwarma and one wrap. ( Which I might add gave us both tummy aches in the evening)<br/>When the lady behind the till asked him to help he argued and argued with her before helping so obviously he did not want to, and he surely acted like he did not want to the whole time he was helping me.<br/><br/>So needless to say, this is an Anat that I will NEVER eat at again, and NEVER recommend to anyone.

I'll admit I was a bit skeptical about this place because I'm not a Shwarma lover, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had the beef shwarma and it was good but I prefer the chicken wrap.

LOVE the felafel and must give that 10 / 10... I drive to Cresta just for this delicious morsel. <br/>Downside the chips have been dry and tasted a bit old the last two times - bring back the delicious succulent chips. Make them fresh rather than have them drying in the chip tray please!

I love Anat at Cresta. They definitely make the best shwarmas ever. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful, even when Im giving them fussy orders about what should go into it (my family has strange requests sometimes!) We have tried other places, but none have ever compared in taste, quality or service.

Anat is my restaurant of choice for the best falafel in pita. I enjoy being able to select my own fillings; my choice being the melt-in-your-mouth brinjal, fresh tomato and onions, chili, humus and tzatziki. The falafel balls are always crisp on the outside and warm and soft inside. The service is brisk and energetic, and with the rich smells and meat cooking on spinning rotisserie it is similar to that of many a sidewalk food stall.
