I hasn't been to The Dros for ages and then they had that amazing R20 birthday special. They had run out of burgers but they served us rib burgers.
NEVER FAILS TO SATISFY! This is my favourite Dros of them all!! I have been going to this one for the last 5 years, and the food, staff, people, EVERYTHING just gets better. Its so conveniently located, close to all major cities, and to the majors highways. Very highly recommended!
Went for a midweek drink, the service was good and the appetizer I had matched. It is what you want to expect from a steak house and I had a pleasant time.
I went with work colleagues for lunch. I had the bacon and cheese burger and it was decent. The chips were really yummy! The restaurant was very empty... so the vibe wasn't great. And the service was very slow too especially considering there were so few customers.
We visit here regularly. Great place to watch the rugby. Friendly staff and managers. Great cold beer. The menu is comprehensive and is good value for money. Enjoy !!!
We decided to try this Dros on a Saturday. The place was pretty quiet and we received good service. This is a good spot to go to on a lazy weekend, just to enjoy a cold beer and a good steakThe food was average to good. The trinchado starter was a little sour and a lot was left over as it wasnt enjoyable. The steaks were really good and cooked to our specifications.

We loved the place. The ambience and the food was superb. They have super facility for kids. Pizza making, indoor play area and outdoor play area can keep them busy while parents can enjoy food. Will visit again and recommend.
Great attention to detail and AmAZING food. Was really taken back by how everything was delivered. Staff are amazing and their menu is huge. Meat lovers should definitely make a visit.
Atmosphere is split into two sections. Dining area and the bar. This place is kid friendly with a large play area and quite nice for an evening.
Super friendly staff, very welcoming and relaxed vibe. Food was decent, could be a bit better but a good experience nonetheless.

Picanha had been on mind for the longest time! Then yesterday we decided to visit for some girls catch up with my cousin. One thing about this reasturant though is their excellent customer service, prior to visiting this establishment I had enquired about menu prices and specials on Facebook and the response rate was fast and the person responding was very patient and super professional. The service I experienced online matched being on site. From the warm welcome to great food! Many thanks to Mike who gave us brilliant suggestions and handled us like the MVPs of the day. The place is spacious and beautiful, we started off sitting somewhere in the middle and we decided to move to a booth! Really enjoyed my dining experience at this establishment. We had beer on tap and pizza, the most delicious pizza I have ever had!! And the chef was very generous on the rocket!! So yum.... Our choices for the day were Hawaiian and BBQ chicken. I would definitely visit this place again... And oh there is free wifi too!!
Having had a few excellent evenings at Picanha, both in the pub and the restaurant, we tested the breakfast menu. Fabulous value options under R30 complemented with classic favourites like French toast and interesting specialities like the Mexican Scramble. Worth adding a plate of chips to share - they are epic!
Great food, ordered a medium steak and it arrived medium. The waiters can be a bit slow though if it gets busy but otherwise service was great
Chilled place, good food, clean bathroom & friendly staff. Perfect place to take your kids if you have em because they have a great play area.
Great deals! We had the cocktail special and the pizza special- super happy with the food and drinks. Unfortunately the service was very slow even though the restaurant wasn't very busy-there were even several staff members watching TV and on their phones when we were trying to get their attention to order and pay.
But the food and general ambience is very good, it's possible we just had a slow service day.

Despite the fact that we walked in and sat down 15 minutes prior to the kitchen closing, the staff were super friendly. Our server was attentive and the food, as usual, was absolutely phenomenal. Steak was cooked to perfection. Definitely going back again and again!
The folks at Picanha certainly know their way around a delicious sauce; the sauce on the Buffalo wings was incredible. The sauce for my perfectly cooked tomahawk steak was out of this world. Also a very nice looking restaurant inside, great homage to and imagery of cows.
