Your operating hours on google say 6am but at 7:30am you’re still closed. Change your operating hours so we don’t waste time having to talk to to rude employees. The service at this KFC is generally poor and they aren’t even that busy. The KFC in Malibongwe is always busy but their service is always excellent! Edit: I have since been to the same KFC twice and (for convenience) and have received better service. I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3. I continue to be impressed but the changes I’ve seen. Keep up the good work!

This KFC has definitely improved over the past few months. The quality is much better and more consistent now.

I was very disappointed when I got home only to find only 5 pieces instead of the 6 pieces that I bought and also out of the 5 pieces only 2 were proper sizes and the other 3 were very small. My family was so unhappy with the food that I brought home

Most awful kfc franchise I have been too. ALWAYS AN ISSUE, and usually a 10 minute wait if you order any burger through the drive through. The staff are disinterested, incompetent, rude and generally a pain to deal with. If this didn’t say KFC on the door it would close in a week. Honestly AVOID this branch!

Always an issue paying. Disinterest staff that get orders wrong. Waste of time

The goal of this franchise is to produce the same food consistently, even if it is mediocre at best. The problem with this place is that even when you are extremely hung over and would eat anything, they manage to dish out the wrong order and what must have been three day old food that was completely inedible. Kfc maybe, this kfc never again.

Not generally a fan of fast food. But got some lunch with the sisters today (10 October 2016) <br/><br/>It was made freshly and tasted alright. The only thing that was really not good was the burger. It really didn't taste right.<br/><br/>The service was friendly.<br/><br/>Recommendation: best thing is the kit Kat krusher - probably the only reason we actually went to KFC. If you like kit Kat- definitely worth trying.

If chicken loosely derived from tortured hens, fabricated by one of the world's great mechanised food companies, is your thing; and acid reflux, colon cancer and obesity don't worry you; and you can't find a handful of mud to eat on any given day; then KFC will definitely live up to your expectations.

A KFC is a KFC. Always delicious now, always regretted a few minutes after you've washed the grease off your fingers with Sunlight Dishwashing liquid.<br/><br/>My only recommendation, do just before they close so you can try wing a few extra pieces of chicken 😏

Ordered a meal which comes with a Soda fountain drink, when ordering the teller mentions that the fountain is broken and they don't serve cans. We were then forced to pay full price for buddy cokes. A few minutes after ordering my colleagues were then told they needed to wait an additional 7 minutes for Zinger patties. After asking twice for no tomato on my burger; I got a burger with tomato. To top it all off; its so damn cold inside this place!

This KFC is so hit or miss it's not even funny. Good luck on getting consistent quality chicken here. Go to Ferndale instead, much better quality!

The most unfriendly service I think I have ever received! We went here once on our way home and thought we would grab a quick lunch. They got our order wrong and the lady that took our order had the worst attitude. The food was ok, my wrap wasn't the best. We haven't been back there since.
