Review Nando's - Randburg

I always enjoy the food from this branch. I usually order via the app and the chicken is always tasty. I dined in for the first time today and the chicken meal was lovely. Lizzy took our order and her service was lovely and she was very friendly. Patience and Thando (I think that was her name) were also very friendly checking up on whether we needed anything. All three ladies had a smile on their faces and as a customer this is most welcoming. Even though they were busy with drive thru orders and online orders, the manager checked up on each customer that was dining in and even she had a friendly smile when doing so.

I really like the atmosphere. The food is awesome 👌 The parking on a busy night is a bit of a squeeze

Pretty good place to sit and dine, never too packed and very friendly staff. I only downside I would say is they tend to run out of stock, on certain menu items but they go out of the way to make you not feel it.

100% on everything . Absolutely love the stuff, they are friendly and you get tour food on time. I've never had a bad influence here. I Most definitely reccomend it for anyone wanting to have a date eat and work ,drink or even celebrate something with family its the perfect place for that. Also the food is always amazing.

Went through the drive through and we waited a long time, I didn't like that but the food was great.

The food was very nice and the service was great

The set-up is purely drive thru, no walk ins at all so it can be packed especially during load shedding but apart from that, the food is always great!!

My family and I normally gets excellent service from this restaurant from hospitality and delicious food perspective hence a rating of 4, short of 5 star for the following reason: This time around our order was spoiled by the chicken that smelled and tasted so stale like it was prepared 2 days ago. Mind you we went all out to order two chickens based on the great customer service experience that we normally get from this outlet. I implore you to fix this as a matter of urgency before it tarnishes your good reputation.

Very great. One of the bigger branches I've seen. Great place and I love how you can basically see into the entire kitchen

The food is good. Seating is plenty and comfortable. Parking area is tight but you can always manage to find a spot

Tables where dirty and had to ask for a cloth to clean. The employees didn't feel any shame to watch a customer clean the table and couldn't care to watch. Immediately after cleaning table, another customer request I clean his table, which I advised him I do not work there. And handed him the cloth, which he proceeded and cleaned his table himself. It was just a moment of sadness and regret.

Nandos Barnburg near Northgate/Northriding have the WORST service. I ordered my food at 12.20pm on a Thursday 13 August 2020. Thier app said food would be delivered by 13.25pm. At 13.19pm thier tracker app said the delivery was on it's way and arriving in a one min. I went outside , waited for 10 mins and noone arrived . I called Nandos Banbury and spoke to a lady named Lungi/Lucy. She was rude when I called the first time and told me to wait. The second time I called she said she would check with the guy and call back. When she called back she said he is close and on his way. I waited another 10 mins and then when I called the third time she said the delivery guy named Lucky was not answering his mobile phone. By 2.10pm my order had still not arrived. I have cancelled the order now and today has been a terrible experince. I am working from home and wanted to eat before my 2pm meeting. If Nandos Banbury is not coping with number of orders required for delivery they must clearly advise customers. Not to over promise and under deliver.

Worst service ever! This the second time I am using the drive thru and asked to park and wait for my order. First time I had to park and wait 6 minutes for a wicked lemonade. Today they tell me to park and wait 12 minutes for winglets, I waited 15 minutes only to not be given serviettes, salt or tomato sauce. When I ask for them they say they are running low on stock, but will give me anyway, had I not asked for them I wouldn’t have gotten any because they are trying to save the little they have left. I am using the drive thru so I don’t have to wait, the lady at the window deprived me an opportunity to decide whether i want to wait 12 minutes for wings or rather order something, when I ask at the collection window why I was not informed before hand they say they forgot. The staff shows no remorse or care for the customers, they are not friendly at all. Will not recommend this nandos to anybody, service is terrible. They do not understand nor care about the concept and efficiency of a drive thru. I am very dissapointed.

The Banbury cross nandos has moved to NORTHVIEW centre. <br/>Cold day and crappy weather made nandos for the perfect quick bite after work. Restaurant is clean and new and food was good, staff well trained and waiting times weren't bad at all. Got our order wrong but all in all not bad

Disappointed :(<br/><br/>The Hot Pot was good! Not the best I have ever had but still good. However my livers came with barely any sauce and this upsets me greatly! I don't understand how some of the Nandos restaurants get it just right.. and others fail. The sauce is the best part of this meal??<br/><br/>Barely any relish in the Pita meal as well.. sigh..<br/><br/>Don't think I'll be going to this particular Nandos again

This was one of those weeks where late nights and fast food ruled the day.<br/><br/>Nandos is usually a safe bet. This time around they seemed to not be getting the EXTRA HOT correctly and the prices unlike their ads are becoming NO JOKE 😞

Really DISAPPOINTED with the food quality I've been receiving . YES, the service is quick but the SLOPPY FOOD that has been delivered to my door step is a TOTAL MISS ... Makes me really rethink EVER wanting anything from Nando's 😔 - Eagles Landing

This Nando's is the type of restaurant that if you prepare yourself you wont be dissapointed. Prepare yourself that you are going to wait in line to order, prepare yourself that you going to wait for your food, prepare yourself to check your order before you leave, but also prepare yourself that the food is a miss or hit like most chain restaurants. I usually order the spicy rice with chic and roast veg. Sometimes its AMAZING but sometimes theres so much green pepper and no other veg. You getting my drift?? Dont expect too much but know that when they do get it right its usually very good!

(Banbury cross)Had to wait 45mins+ for my take away and my extra sauce looks like dirty water. They even gave everyone free reject ice-cream for the wait. Never going there again. Rating -10

The food is ok but the area is as Dodgy as sh¡t, right in the centre of a drug selling hot spot, and the cops do F#@$ all about it. Why don't you guys relocate?

Terrible service, walked in looked at the menu, decided what I wanted, was keen on some good food, only problem is no one served me, walked out, and will never return, sad.

Usually order take-always, however decided to sit down thanks load shedding. As always the food was good and was surprised to find the "designer drinks" was on the house 😀 (on orders over R120), had the mocktail vanilla caipirinha... surprisingly nice and refreshing.. Try it out next time you sit-down.

Well I generally love Nandos and I mean who doesn't love their very effective marketing? So I was rather keen to try the new pulled chicken sandwich that came at such a reasonable price. I must admit that the point given here is only for the price and flavour of the sauce. They should have called this a pulled onion sandwich, at most I got 3 small chunks of chicken that did not look shredded in the least. This is after having to wait over an hour and 15 minutes for my food! I was unfortunately disappointed.

In sorry but this is my local Nandos and I eat here at least once a week. I'm always greeted by the staff and always have a little chat. I order a wrap or chicken, veg and spicy rice. Always delicious, what I ordered and the best. I don't mind paying the 'higher' prices as I get what I pay for. This Nando's is always busy and always delivers

Well not all nandos are the same. But these is the worst I have ever tested. We ordered a hot full chicken and chips. The chicken was easily the worst I have eaten. The skin was like leather, the food was cold, the portion of regular chips was the smallest . Me and my wife have decided not to ever dare to go there again.

Went there for lunch and was VERY dissappointed.<br/><br/>I don't know if it was just the staff there but everything was wrong.<br/><br/>We have eaten there before and it was not so disappointing.<br/>So here goes:<br/><br/>Ordered the full pack meal and requested extra sauce, takeaway.<br/><br/>Firstly the lady that helped us was not the friendliest, however I have seen worse.<br/>Secondly when we got home, there was not one drop of sauce on the chicken...( i think they mistook extra sauce for NO sauce)<br/><br/>The salad had not one piece of feta and she asked us if we would like extra feta and we said no, and they decided not to give us any!<br/><br/>We did not even get a piece of butter.<br/><br/>And to top that all of the chicken tasted like a dirty kitchen cloth!<br/><br/>Will NEVER go there ever again and would advise you to avoid this place!
