The Banbury cross nandos has moved to NORTHVIEW centre.
Cold day and crappy weather made nandos for the perfect quick bite after work. Restaurant is clean and new and food was good, staff well trained and waiting times weren't bad at all. Got our order wrong but all in all not bad
In sorry but this is my local Nandos and I eat here at least once a week. I'm always greeted by the staff and always have a little chat. I order a wrap or chicken, veg and spicy rice. Always delicious, what I ordered and the best. I don't mind paying the 'higher' prices as I get what I pay for. This Nando's is always busy and always delivers
I always enjoy the food from this branch. I usually order via the app and the chicken is always tasty. I dined in for the first time today and the chicken meal was lovely. Lizzy took our order and her service was lovely and she was very friendly. Patience and Thando (I think that was her name) were also very friendly checking up on whether we needed anything. All three ladies had a smile on their faces and as a customer this is most welcoming. Even though they were busy with drive thru orders and online orders, the manager checked up on each customer that was dining in and even she had a friendly smile when doing so.
I really like the atmosphere. The food is awesome 👌 The parking on a busy night is a bit of a squeeze

Pretty good place to sit and dine, never too packed and very friendly staff. I only downside I would say is they tend to run out of stock, on certain menu items but they go out of the way to make you not feel it.
100% on everything . Absolutely love the stuff, they are friendly and you get tour food on time. I've never had a bad influence here. I Most definitely reccomend it for anyone wanting to have a date eat and work ,drink or even celebrate something with family its the perfect place for that. Also the food is always amazing.

Went through the drive through and we waited a long time, I didn't like that but the food was great.

The set-up is purely drive thru, no walk ins at all so it can be packed especially during load shedding but apart from that, the food is always great!!
My family and I normally gets excellent service from this restaurant from hospitality and delicious food perspective hence a rating of 4, short of 5 star for the following reason: This time around our order was spoiled by the chicken that smelled and tasted so stale like it was prepared 2 days ago. Mind you we went all out to order two chickens based on the great customer service experience that we normally get from this outlet. I implore you to fix this as a matter of urgency before it tarnishes your good reputation.
Very great. One of the bigger branches I've seen. Great place and I love how you can basically see into the entire kitchen
The food is good. Seating is plenty and comfortable. Parking area is tight but you can always manage to find a spot

Tables where dirty and had to ask for a cloth to clean. The employees didn't feel any shame to watch a customer clean the table and couldn't care to watch. Immediately after cleaning table, another customer request I clean his table, which I advised him I do not work there. And handed him the cloth, which he proceeded and cleaned his table himself. It was just a moment of sadness and regret.
