Relaxed atmosphere. Perfect place for lunch (outside tables and benches) on a sunny day, and great inside on a cold or rainy day too. Their Spuds are legendary. Prices are reasonable.

I really like the space in this place. It has every aspect of a family restaurant combined with a pub feel and a casino. 2 levels with an outside area on both lower and upper decks. Hot slots, pool tables and good music are in the atmosphere. The menu has become somewhat limited, however the food on offer is delectable.

Must order the Italian Kisses for dessert. If you are still hungry. The Eisbein remains a favourite. It's enormous so share or take home and get another generous meal out of it. Service good. Decor tired. Very quiet. Go there for the food.

Had dinner at the Scrooge Diner in Randburg, Jo'burg. Lovely setting, bit of construction work going on in the general environment. However, it has a very nice and warm ambience and dare I say the absolutely best pork ribs I have had in a very long time! So fabulous in fact, that I had to order another portion to go. I gather it's a business that had exceeded two decades in that location and it shows in the mastery shown in the service delivery. Heartily recommended!

Great host, great food. Atmosphere was ok considering the overall Brightwater complex status. In total a very nice place with good food.

Was greeted by waiters as I arrived and owner also personally came to check all was going well. Very friendly atmosphere and has great drink specials

Nice and intimate restaurant if you take your partner but also fun and exciting if you going with friends. The food is great and reasonably priced
