Review Black Swann - Queenstown

It is a very good restaurant in Queenstown. The food is good & I had the privilege to go into the kitchen and it is clean and spotless. Nice job guys.

Loved it. If you are in Queenstown this is one of the places you must consider for a decent sit-in.

I will be back as my stay of 2 nights was awsome, BUT, please stay away from the Restaurant in the front. Both nights we had dinner and what a absolute disaster.

Loved our stay! The rooms are really neat and modern and they provide amazing service! The facilities at the BnB are great and the owners are all very involved and friendly. They really made us feel comfortable, safe and at home after an unplanned stay after my car broke down. The whole property is also very clean and managed so well. I don't know the town layout well, but the location seemed great. Quite close to 'main strip' to allow for walking to shops etc, but can also be quite busy and frantic, but the bnb is on a quite road and we didn't notice any unwanted noise from the roads.

I've never been to Queenstown before so I didn't know what to expect. The food at the restaurant is AMAZING. I really enjoyed it. Also, the B&B is so neat and clean. I've been to a few B&B's in the Eastern Cape and theirs is by far the cleanest and the room is really cosy too. Staff are friendly. Definitely recommend it!

Very pleasant, friendly owners and staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms with dstv. I stayed in self catering rooms. There was no hot water, but when I brought it to their attention they explained that one block is on gas geysers, and you have to open the hot tap further for the geyser to switch on.

A very friendly owner and couldn't do enough for us. Best advice to phone first as no front desk reception as such. Accommodation was clean spacious and contemporary. Bar and kitchen were being refurbished so cannot comment other than if like everything else than expect try are great and good value for money.

Very clean and made is feel extremely welcome. 6 stars would have been given if the original restaurant was still operating, current restaurant which is separate from the Black Swann, need to work on their menu and quality of food.

Phoned them up last minute. They accommodated me straight away. They have back up water supply as well as solar which is magnificent. On site restaurant is very friendly and had proper food! Yummy!

Amazing place to stay around in Queenstown. It feels like you're in a resort miles away from city life. They have a restaurant which serves the best steaks. It has a variety of meals catering for all foodies.

The restaurant is called Novi Restaurant. It really is one of the best restaurants in Queenstown. They serve delicious meals at reasonable prices. It's great for dates with friends, family or your significant other. There's an outside area if you would like the fresh air, inside area with a fire place (perfect for intimate dates)
