We visited the restaurant with a baby and I must say from the door to the table the service was superb. They had a baby chair for us and we sat comfortably outside. I enjoyed my time there with nature and the food.
The staff is friendly and very efficient, was very impressed.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the place wass spotless. Heated sheets helped in that cold weather and my highlight was the breakfast. I ate same English Breakfast for 2 days

Great place ,stuff very friendly . Management was the best by far , we managed to check in as soon as we arrived from Joburg. The told us we need to rest and do our check in later that afternoon, this was very amazing for us.
A gem in an otherwise unremarkable town. Well maintained, attentive staff, clean and attractive grounds. Definitely worth a few return visits.
What a stay. The rooms are very spacious. The garden beautiful. I really enjoyed the meals prepared and served by friendly staff. Generally staff, including those who work in the gardens are so helpful. One saw me struggling with my bags and he came and carried then to the car.
If the path to the rooms can be smoothed to allow pulling of luggage bags and wheelchairs.

Beautiful place inside out. The meal I ordered was delicious, although I still think it was pricey for the dish. Our waitress served us well, and was accommodating - she didn't mind being our camerawoman.
The negative would be their menu. I wish it were more flexible, because I ordered another meal to go and had to select two sides with the meal. There were four options to choose from, and of the four I only liked chips. So when I said that I wanted my sides to both be chips, I was told I couldn't do that. It was disappointing because I chose a mash for a second side, which wasn't really to my liking, and they already pour gravy/soup for you on the mash. I wish they had served it separately; it was even dripping out of the food container.
But I would definitely go there again, and would recommend it to anyone. I didn't know there were such nice places in Queenstown. 🙈🙈

The place is nice and clean, as you would expect from a 4 star place.
The staff is well groomed but lacks diversity 🙄
The menu is accommodative and diverse.
The food and presentation is fine, though y aunt complained that her chops were hard and dry.
Overall I'll revisit and give my second opinion 😌
Probably the best lamb shank I ever had. Great service and cozy atmosfeer. Will definitely come back when I'm in Queenstown again.
We only visited the restaurant on recommendation from the hosts at the accommodation we were staying at. Food was really tasty, portions were generous, maybe a little on the pricey side. We ate at a table in the garden, which is well kept. We had a really pleasant evening as a family.

The rooms don't have fridges though and my TV was not working. The electricity kept tripping but I must be honest, the place looks marvelous. The tranquil when you are seated outside your room in the veranda (if you are lucky to get a room on the ground floor). The garden is just superb as it gives you that sense of chill and calmness when you listen to the water falling down from the fountain. Wow, this place is wonderful I tell you. Try it, I enjoyed my stay while I was there.
Always a great place to eat out.

Ambiance - lighting bright for an evening meal, music not relaxing nor appropriate for the setting, views are stunning
Food - mussel pot - delicious and generous portion. A highlight.
Service - not on par with the food this evening. not attentive nor efficient but covered the bases.

Loved the entire vibe of the Gallery.. The stuff there are friendly, but the waiter that served us was phenomenal (shame I didn't get a name) the food was slightly pricey BUT... Quality. Waiting time was also minimum. Girlfriend and I made a deal that at least once a month we go to the gallery
Very good food and excellent service. Staff are extremely friendly and service is fast.
Some dishes are a little expensive, however the quality of the food is excellent making it worth it. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. Good place to go for a date, or if you're in the mood for something a little more fancy.

The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. Thank you for the excellent service we received in your restaurant today. We (me and my hubby) will most certainly be returning in the near future.
