Wednesday night eat as much as you can ribs.

Good atmosphere, its open late after shows at Sun Arena. The menu is fine, and the draft beers are reasonably priced. A great place to hang out with mates or even a simple dinner for 2.

Great food, but limited in that and drink selection. Service was adequate, but the environment was pleasing.

Extraordinary service with great food and drinks. Just love this place.

Nice place to enjoy a meal and or something to snack on or something other eg. Refreshments beverages. Place situated on the main floor of the casino

This was the worst service i have ever had in my life!!! Sat for 30 min then went to ask for a drink at the bar and a waiter again for the third time! The waiter had the order wrong and cold how do you mess up a burger ???? So many people complaining about the service, to be honest you wont see me again worst ever!!!!! Kfc on new years are more helpfull!!!!!

Brew Monkey is empty as usual. A whole bunch of folks were Trying to watch the Rugby here but only the sound of the game is available. <br/>“The TV’s are programmed” and cant be tuned to the sport channel according to the manager ms Mololo Mazabane.<br/>People cane in and left the minute they were told they can’t watch the sport.<br/>#sad #timewaster #avoid<br/>Perhaps mr Business Owner, if you offer what people ask for you will have more customers.<br/>The manager ms Mazabane wnet about her business and did not even want to come over to our table ro offer an apology or reason for the decision to not accommodate the clients.<br/><br/>Food:<br/>The fries were is cold and hard and the burger patty was cold as well and not the same standard we have when going to the Brew Monkey at Sun City.<br/><br/>I really think that Sun International should close this place down as it’s not doing their brand name any justice.<br/><br/>A very sad, negative experience.

We waited for more than 75 min for our food. A platter arrived that was half our order. We had to leave to be on time for our show and they insisted that we pay for the full order. We never received our full order. . .

My very short visit to the Brew Monkey consistent of fine service and a very delicious burger. The reason for the lower score is because I did not spend more than an hour here....not enough time to assess the whole setup, but my experience was acceptable

Worst customer service ever! The bill was wrong, the waiter never even spoke a word to us, nobody came to apologise that our drinks arrived 20 min after our food.

Worst service. Been there twice was seated and no service for 20 minutes. <br/><br/>Asked for the manager and apparently she was not in Building. If i could rate the place a 0 I would.

The 1kg chicken wings what an absolute joke not worth it! Probably around 400g with 5 French fries, dont waste your time or money not pleased !

Ordered a few beers and a basket after the Live concert. Slow service and food was horrible. Basket was R165 for a few ribs which had 90% bone and the worst tasting sausages. Brew Monkey has seen the last of me and my mates. Thank God!<br/>

After a good experience at the begging of the year at The Brew Monkey at sun city, I’ve decided to give this new one a try.<br/>It’s a good place and original interior design, the taste of the food can’t disappoint.<br/>But the service was slow.<br/>I had to go the waiter twice after I placed my order.

This place advertised a ribs special, it was the worst decision ever. The ribs was 99 % bone and the rest very chewy meat. They refuse to give you more than 6 chips 2 onion rings and 4 Ribs per plate. You wait forever to get a top up and cutlery. The value for money is definitely not worth it.<br/><br/>Bad place people!!!!

Kind of sitting on the fence for this one. The R100 ribs on a Wednesday night is fabulous! But the long wait between the helpings was a bit annoying. The ribs are ok, not amazing, but not bad! The staff are very friendly, but perhaps not geared up for such a busy night. Waited for ages for our drinks order, and 4 of the beers on the list not available.

Wednesday night Bottomless ribs for R100... Ribs was really delicious. But the service was terrible. Waited nearly an hour for the "refill" and when asking the waiter he just said "there is no refills now" I suspect this was the 1st time they offered this and wasn't prepared for the many people that pitched.

Very nice place with a country bar feel. The food was divine worth the long wait. I gave a low rating due to the extremely slow service. My mom and I ended up going to the counter, because no one was bringing our bill. Standing at the counter for another 15mins was no joy.<br/>The place has great potential to improve the service. With that I will give them a second chance.

Very nice vibe, especially upstairs where you can escape the slots. The food quality and flavour is absolutely amazing. However, the portions are a bit smaller than we had anticipated. Craft beers are excellent, what a great compliment to a fantastic meal.

Situated in the Times Square casino, a chilled out vibe in a bar like setting, if only there where more veggie options on the menu that would be a winner.<br/><br/>If you in the mood for a casual experience, this is your place. <br/><br/>Sab beers on tap, a bit disappointed at the limited variety on beers on tap.<br/>Wines a fair variety on the list.<br/><br/>Servers are very friendly and efficient.

Exceptionally slow service...even just for drinks. We waited over 20 minutes for 3 drinks. The first order we placed for food could not be fulfilled due to them being out of stock. The so-called Karoo lamb looked and tasted nothing like lamb! It was disgusting! Not only does the food taste terrible, it is way overpriced. Never again!!!

The layout of this restaurant is absolutely amazing and so industrial. However the service and food quality does not measure up to this. The service is TERRIBLE and the food quality is EVEN WORSE. Dont order the ceasar salad. The couscous tastes like water, and it is lambasted with onion olives and feta cheese. Completely unappetizing. Another down side... the cocktails are marketed as cocktails and jam jars, when ordering a mojito jam jar the servers dont let you know that it in fact a standard.... watered down.... zero flavour cocktail... what a disappointment

For a spot advertised for variety craft beers this was absolutely a disappointment. Service staff was horrible. Asking what craft beers they have we were told castle light.......Then looking ourselves found that the had only three on tap with two being the same. After deciding on a castle light due to the poor variety I got asked if I wanted the craft castle light......very confused I came to the conclusion that the barmaid was under the impression if it comes out of a tap it must be craft. Was there more variety of craft beers served in bottles I would not be able to tell you. Even the coffee was a disappointment, with no cream available. Food looked delicious and kitchen nice and clean.

The strawberry Daiquiry was more like strawberry juice with water.... took ages to tell us the beer we ordered was not in stock....<br/><br/>Not possible to order chips as a side....<br/><br/>The sous chef was very friendly and tried his best. A lot of patrons around us just left....<br/><br/>

Very busy spot. Food were divine. Service at the till was very poor. Very slow. But okay spot. Wanted milkshakes but no ice cream. Had a russian roll and my partner had a hamburger.
