Old world charm. Ample place to relax under umbrellas or shadowy trees or the wide, cool stoep. For those who prefer to sit inside, there are enough space in the roomy, wooden floor rooms. The food is freshly prepared, tasty and filling. Service was good. Definately a a gem hidden in Soutpansberg. The name change is a necessary formality which is busy happening.

The prices boarder on ridiculously cheap and the service is lovely, I walked in randomly avoiding Pretoria heat and i was greeted by cooling mist and I cold beer... I love it

We were here two weeks ago after learning that this place is under new management and we were surprised by the good food. The pizza special is amazing and delicious. Food is very good although we sometimes waited for drinks at times but we had a big table and it was m busy night which is understandable. Only weird thing was that they closed a bit early and this made us feel that we should leave. Otherwise it was great

We visited last Friday. We had the daily Friday special - the most enormous pizza for which reordered additional toppings. Fabulous value for money. We shared the pizza between 2 but it was enough for 3. Well prepared and quick.
The waiting staff were all friendly as usual. The manager was welcoming. The waiters were bilingual - English and Afrikaans.
There is not a great deal of parking but there are car guards inside and outside on the street.
There are childrens play facilities.
The food was very good value for money. The drinks were reasonably priced. We will certainly go again as the daily specials are really attractive. This is must visit venue for simple, tasty, well priced food

I had a great time, homey atmosphere, menu has a wide variety of food & drinks to choose from, good pricing and friendly staff giving excellent service. Children is welcome as there is a very nice play area. I recommend Lounge @ 45 any time.

Fabulous so affordable very large portions and cheap. All food are freshly made. This is a place you need to book. For the whole family to spend a day out. Have bands there on sundays. Great atmosphere xxxxx stars!!!

What a pleasant surprise. Lovely old SA style building. Really great service (thanks Simba!) And the food is dirt cheap and tasty. Bathrooms are spotless.

Waiting for breakfast. Have for a while! Cuppacino is just filter coffee with froth. Ambience nice and relaxed. Cant rate the food yet (only so much to be said for boerie brekkie) but service has much room for improvement.

Had delicious mushroom omelette. Service, and coffee much improved. Upped my rating to 4 stars

There service is the worst thing about the place. The waiters are rude and management should sort this out.<br/><br/>Otherwise there prices are great for drinks. Their milkshakes aren't real milkshakes but blended ice cream.

I kind of like the idea of having lounge sets outside...it feels much nore relaxed and has a very distinct 'kuier' vibe which is nice. The menu has specials during the week ranging from Schnitzels to Meatcuts and Pizzas during the week that very nice on the wallet... The breakfast menu is VERY nice. Stock-standard with all the trimmings made to order.. 👍 from me! Service was a bit slow but overall I had a really good time..
