Customer service was great! Even if they aren't the right store they'd steer you in the right direction and despite being really busy the queue went fast. I think it's good for business to know where other products could be in especially in Menlyn.

I personally find Woolworths cappuccinos the best of the lot.
The chicken salad is always on the mark and their staff are 98% of the time, wonderful and friendly.
Not in the best setting if there is any criticism but the Woolworths standard of quality is always there.

Amazing selection of clothing. Great variety of foods in the food section. Was looking for the halaal smoked chicken slices. Hope it's stocked in future. Will definitely pass here on my next trip to the mall.

Well stocked. Till staff very friendly and quick to assist with questions. Staff on the floor was not always visible to request assistance with sizing or finding stock.
Queues moved quickly and could get shopping done before the shop got too busy.

The toasty was delicious and the fresh little salad was appreciated.<br/>However the service was disappointing.<br/>The waiteress wasn't friendly at all, in fact she had a grumpy attitude. She was very slow and stood around chatting.<br/><br/>I would definitely support Woolworths cafe again but perhaps another branch.

Decided to start the day with a good smoothie (avo, spinach and apple) at Woolies Cafe. Good taste and a good way to start the morning! There is a variety on the menu so you can choose the combination you like.

The setting of this Woolworths is not as pleasant as other outlets in the area, as there is no outside seating or windows and it can get quite dark and, almost, claustrophobic. Nevertheless, the food is good and the service is reliable. <br/>They have a very convenient 'on-the-go' cafe here, where you can just pick up a bite to take away.

Food is good however the service is very poor. You dont get what you order, wait long as the waiter forget to bring your order. Stock levels is clearly not managed as various items were not available. The manager should maybe manage and not clean tables.

I love Woolies Cafe. I was sad having planned my lunch to find out that they changed the menu and my favorite meal wasn’t there anymore. Please bring back Italian flatbread with mozzarella, basil pesto & tomatoes! Service was ok. Food was also ok. I like that breakfast is served all day.

The food tasted great and the portion size was satisfying. My low rating stems from the truly terrible service. I stood waiting at the door for an uncomfortable amount of time. When I finally flagged down a waiter she told me, without even turning to me or looking at me, to sit where I wanted. I did and because of this we had no waiter. We waited until we knew what drinks and food we wanted and flagged down another waiter and placed our order. We ordered the same however one plate was garnished and the other was not. We would have liked to order another round of drinks but we were simply not getting served. It again took a very long time for us to pay. Our table was also unstable and the 4 legs did not equally support the table which meant that the table moved every time we moved.

I was here waiting for someone .<br/><br/>I ordered a slice of carrot cake to pass time by .It was quite small for R40 it tasted just okay and had way too many seeds for my liking .I've honestly had better and bigger cake for the exact same price from places like Walnut Grove and Belle's. I expected much more from a reputable brand like Woolworths . <br/><br/>Perhaps their other stuff on their menu are nice but it's a no from me .

Popped in for a solo breakfast. Service was good. Had the corn and cheese waffle with honey maple bacon, avocado and tomatoes. Was fantastic! Love interesting alternatives to the usual egg bacon etc breakfast.

If you are in a hurry but would enjoy a meetup with friends whilst shopping, Woolworths Cafe make a mean Gourmet Sandwich that included a mixture of cheeses. Accompanied with a Cappuccino and I was good to go. Although the portion was small it was tasty. The service was satisfactory.

Great coffees!!!<br/><br/>I love the newer and bigger menlyn branch. We were greeted by a pleasant waitress. However service was a bit slow and can be improved upon.<br/><br/>I really enjoy the lunch time buffet salads. Woolies lattes and carrot cake are the best! <br/><br/>Will surely be back.

Up to standard wollies cafe quality. Love the classic interior and service is great. I love the carrot cake and the breakfasts. Great place to go if you want a coffee in between your shopping

Woolies cafe is a huge favorite! The service is consistent and friendly.<br/><br/>I had a cappuccino with cream, a real treat.<br/><br/>A creamy cheese sandwich with egg, micro herbs, it's a winner for sure! <br/><br/><br/><br/>

What a sad and tasteless experience. They were out of ciabatta as well as baguette breads, so we ordered our sandwiches on white bread. I opted for the Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwich with mustard, that had neither mustard nor taste. A barely-there slice of cheese between overly thick slices of white bread. The effort was bland and tasteless as well as lacking any finesse or effort.

I went for a "quick" breakfast on a Saturday morning and received the most shocking service I've ever received at any establishment. We had ordered two yoghurt/fruit pots and one peanut butter and jam on toast. Considering that the only item that needed to be cooked was a slice of toast, this order should not have taken 40min to arrive at the table. This however, was not the worst part- I had to collect the food from the kitchen myself as orders had been waiting for pickup for over 10min and waitresses would just walk past them and not pick them up. After I had done this, another table also got up to collect their food from the kitchen.<br/>I had to ask to speak to a manager 3 times, and only on the third time was I told that the manager actually wasn't in at that time - something that was very evident. Just before I left, a lady who claimed to be the manager spoke to me and asked me "What would you like me to do?" - Your job!

Woolworths Cafe in Menlyn was quite a nice surprise. They are tucked away at the back of WW. <br/><br/>The food was really good. It looks nice and tastes good. <br/><br/>The waitress was really friendly but inattentive. When we requested the bill, she denied serving us and tried to get someone else to help us. It was a weird experience. <br/>😳😳<br/>

Menlyn W cafe are one of the better ones. I didn't want to review a woolies as we go so often to so many of them. But I have to commend this branch. They are consistent in what they offer as to some of the other branches that lack that. They have the best coffee and options on sizes, which I love. Their food are always fresh and healthy. Some of the other branches tend to serve half of what a portion at Menlyn usually is. They have quick and friendly service.<br/>I love the woolies menu as they offer something of everything. They are also reasonably priced for what you get.

Menlyn's best kept secret. The cafe is nestled in at the far end of woolies not close to any vibrant shops so it's very easy to overlook the place. I do like the place but there are some faults to it. I don't understand why the sugar jars are kept open with the spoon inside, I'm super uncomfortable with that as it feels like a contamination risk. They don't have a wireless card machine and their take away boxes don't close property to me these aren't issues I should have at a woolworths maybe at a struggling diner. I did however like the friendly staff and also that it was placed near the home appliance department, Many of the cafes for me personally aren't placed next to the most tempting section of the store, cafe next to home appliances is really a perfect fit for me.

Quick lunch date with my colleague, the restaurant even though it has been expanded is some what cramped. Service is slow but I'm guessing this had to do with the lunch time rush. The entry into the store should be looked at as customers park their shopping carts and cause a blockage at the pay points. There are no wireless card machines and this causes a delay to pay at the pay point. The food was average but the chai lattes were delish.

So they have this coconut cake that melts away in your mouth !!!! The coffee is brilliant as always and the food is always fresh , if you need to stop for a healthy guilt free bite this is the place ! They are always packed , you will be lucky if you get a spot here . Just the service that needs some fixing up .

This is my favourite Woolworths cafe out of all the cafes I've tried. Has the best chicken rotisserie salad and sandwich. Food always looks delicious that is on offer and really great friendly staff. It's just missing a casual table where you can quickly sit and eat your take away.
