I always meet my customers at Mugg & Bean, knowing their service from other restaurants. But hey.. from my suprise, .my food was burnt, and no one bothered to check up on me while sitting. On my arrival, I was not shown a place to sit. I had to find it. I ate what was eatable ,paid, and left.
The food was good. As ordered. Cool drinks were pricey. The service was good. The first waitress was very pleasant. The follow-up waitress forgot part of the order.
Great restaurant with options to suit any palate. Always quality food and a really high standard of wait staff. The barista really knows his stuff
The food is nice and fresh. Most of it is small portions. A good place to go to if you are in a healthy diet
We just got a milkshake to help with the heat. But the atmosphere was really great! It was calming, as well as the music and lighting.
Milkshake was on point and had the right consistency. I would suggest adding a bit of cream on top. For taste and appearance.
Mugg & Bean has an excellent menu for breakfast. The quality and service is wonderful, they were willing to make changes to the food to adapt to our needs. Service was fast.

We came through from Centurion to have breakfast at this Mugg & Bean. Which growing up I worked at as a young lady. The service from Robson and the runner was really good. We ordered a Jalapeno&cheese sandwich with a veggie burger. For drinks we ordered mocca and red cappuccino. A breakfast for two

Sat down for a break from shopping. Had a bottomless coffee and some apple pie. Service was friendly and professional. The brew was tasty, as was the apple pie. Best of all, they continued operation through load shedding. Had a fun time. Would recommend.
The cocktails were awesome, and I know it can be frowned upon to drink in the morning, but I expect judgment free service. But it was still nice and the food was good.
