Angelo, Maria and the staff complement here deserve more praise than 5 stars can give. The "home away from home" feeling is such a wonderful thing to experience. Excellent service under trying load-shedding conditions. Staff congenial and helpful, kitchen produces reliably delicious meals. That and proximity to shopping and dining at Brooklyn Mall is why we stay always stay here when visiting Pretoria.

The staff was very accommodating to our group during a meeting. Fresh water was supplied after every break. The food was tops and very tasty. From a light breakfast buffet right througj to late afternoon tea. Thank you Maria and team!

Perfect pick-up service at the Airport in Johannesburg. Sympatical driver. Heartly welcome at the hotel. Uncomplicating procedure at the reception. Cosy room with all it needs. What a place! So much great food - tasty all the time! Exceeded expectations! Great conference area too! If you happen to be visiting Pretoria from within and outside South Afriaca, this is a place to try. Excellent service with a smile, from the security car guard to the waitress and cleaner.

The place is nice and comfortable selection of breakfast caters for all and very friendly staff. Definitely worth the value
