Its the best spar in Pretoria east its my spar when I'm there I feel home because I'm being living near them for 10 years very good quality products always having nice offers and the store manager one of the best people I have ever met Mr Andre and the staff members is very friendly and offering a very good service I would also to say thank you to Jack his there checking if all customers are OK and help direct them if they don't know where to find something in the store thank you so much I really appreciat you All and res spar top next door what a beautiful organised place and the tellers lady are wonderful spacily the lady that always stand in the middle unfortunately I don't know her name and of course the store manger MRS B. Always there to help with a beautiful smile thank you guys love you all

Not much to complain about. It's a clean shop with great prices and a whole lot of variety.

They claim to close at 8 but close the door at 19;40. The stuff at the door is so rude. I've been going to this Spar from 2012 and this is the worst service I've received since.

Large variety of hot meals to pick up after work... Best Cape Malay chicken in Gauteng! Or grab a succulent roast chicken, add a conveniently pre-cut mixed Salads and round off the meal with fruit... Yum!

Great quality and variety of locally sourced fresh produce!
The meat meat market always has fresh stock and the kitchen/bakery has the most delicious cooked and baked goods.
Never had a bad experience with anything I bought and for a small store, I've never not found any essentials I expected to find at good prices.
Trading hours are also really convenient and staff is clued up and present for any assistance.
Overall, great store for essentials!

The shop was extremely dark due to load shedding and their own generator seemed to have a problem. I felt scary at the back side next to the meat fridge. Definitely the best and a safe option was to close the shop while fixing their own generator. However, I give them four stars cause, the shop is in most times friendly, clean, especially tellers friendly and professional.

Got a pleasant surprise today when I went there looking for an easy lunch. Over and above all the usual salads and take aways at the deli, they had lovely comfort foods: oxtail, turkey legs, bobotie, lamb stew and more. Mouth watering.

One of the best Spar in the area. If you find yourself here look out for the imported drinks at the fridge.
They got all the unique favour of cola and energy drinks. You can even get brands li Dr Pepper in all flavours original,diet and Cherry. This is the only place in the country I have selling them apart from the online retailers.
While you're here try out they're pork chops as well. Who ever cooks them really know what they're doing.
