We waited quite long for our food to arrive, but it's understandable as the restaurant was quite full. I recommend this restaurant and I will most certainly be back for some more culinary delights and friendly staff.

I've come here a few times. I really enjoy the atmosphere and the quality of food and service. It has a lovely cozy feel. The staff are always wonderful, and I've never had a bad experience with the food or the waiting period.

Been here a few times. Pizza’s are not bad but as for the pastas, very disappointing. The pastas are not as saucy as they have been in the past. Ordered takeaway lasagne and Alfredo. Lasagne was disappointingly small and the Alfredo was dry and did not have enough sauce. The one occasion I decided to sit down, I ordered a spaghetti pollo piccante and to my disappointment the spaghetti was all broken up in pieces. Description on the menu said “long thin pasta”. The managers were just standing around and not walking around asking customers how their meals were like they do at the other cappuccino stores. When leaving, managers just looked and did not even say a word. It is sad to see such a nice shop not being well looked after. With so much competition around, I really do think that they need to up their game!!!

We had a birthday dinner on Tuesday, the grill special, the service was good and the food very tasty. Even though it was a busy evening our waiter was prompt and helpful. The staff was very friendly and they assisted us in making it a fantastic evening. Well done!

The lighting was very dim. From the outside of the store it looked ole they were closed. The service was friendly and the dish we ordered was great. However the chips were by far the very worst chips I've ever had. Really terrible

We went to cappuccinos for the meat night special. The restaurant is a little dark and lacking in atmosphere. However we had delicious food, good service and a great deal!

Always dependable and relatively steady in meeting ones expectations, Cappuccinos is a good family restaurant. Their pizza and pasta offerings are tasteful and their portions are generous. Waiters, although friendly are a bit timeous. I will recommend this establishment as they are fairly priced and their food enjoyable.

Absolutely terrible service! Tried to order take away, manager doesn't know what's on the menu & after a lengthly phone call ordering, you should know your menu.....called back to tell us out of stock! Surely you should know what's out of stock before you pick up the telephone? Three times ordered something on different occasions, all three times out of stock of what I wanted. Useless....

Long waiting period for food.My wife orderd the beef lasagna and basically got mince a cheese. Waited 20min for a glass of coke.Very Disapointed.

Ordered the bacon and vodka penne take-away on Friday night and was utterly disappointed... The description on the menu said with garlic but I wasn't expecting garlic to be the main toping; truly overpowering and the only favour to the dish. The tomato sauce was bland and overall, the pasta had absolutely no flavor (besides for the overwhelming garlic). The pasta was overlooked and there was very very little bacon.

Nestled in the back of this small centre it is really calm and quiet place ,it does get busy during breakfast but not so much at dinner . Good service can always be expected ! Waiters know their menus and a quick breakfast is possible . You can choose from sitting inside or outside in the shopping area . I would recommend the chicken gratinati or the crumbed mushrooms ,linguini al pollo also . Big portions can be expected .
