We were seated and not really given much attention after that. Our order came wrong but the manager was willing to rectify it. I do feel like they are overpriced however the overall mood of the place is great

They always offer good service and great quality food and drinks (especially the Matcha Latte). Friendly staff and efficient managers with a nice setting. Recommended.

I always enjoy some cappuccino and cake and they didn't disappoint. The cake was fresh and not too sweet. The waiter was helpful with the recommendations and efficient. Mugg & Bean prices are still reasonable in light of the quick escalation of prices of late. Place was clean and well maintained.

Blessed gave us the most amazing service. From her welcoming smile, to her making sure we were pleased with our order. She was always willing to go the extra mile. Absolutely loved our breakfast ,super delicious.

Honestly I would 100% recommend. Service is great, friendly, helpful, and more. Told me about specials and vouchers (points to redeemable "cash") that I didn't know about. Was super understanding. Food was great and coffee even better. Overall best M&B I've ever been too

Cannot recommend this Mug & Bean ENOUGH! What a wonderful restaurant with fabulous service! Both the manager and the waiter that served me were warm and made sure to make me feel cared for. And I have always had excellent food here! Even the salads are excellent. Also if you are looking for vegan options they have quite a few on the menu.

I had lost all hope in M&B until today. The staff were ultra friendly, they even opened up 10 mins early to serve us. I'm very impressed. The eggs Benedict were amazing.

The best salted caramel latte I've ever tasted 👌 Cappuccino was also nice and hot...just the way I love it. Chocolate cake was rich and moist, my waiter was great...love it here 😋
