Beautiful courtyard area with great eateries around it. Lovely vibe in the evenings. The rest of the centre is very attractively designed, with well-run businesses operating there. We shop, eat out, and have coffee here often. There is room for improvement with the facility's maintenance. These great businesses deserve better, and so does the beautiful property.

Why are so many shops closing? There's an odd smell (for example the casino has a pleasant smell when you enter). If not for certain one-of-a-kind shops/businesses, I would rather go somewhere else. It's still okay.

If you are looking to experience a luxury shopping environment this is the place to be. 45 Min free parking but validate at Spar, Pick n Pay or Woolworths to extend it to an hour.
The Christmas light show was underwhelming but is a nice change of scenery/ activity to do when having dinner.

Menlyn Maine is a nice and fancy extension to what was always - in my mind at least - a pretty great Mall in Menlyn shopping center itself.
This extension does bring it more into the modern age though, so you can feel like you're living the high society life between all the upmarket and trendy restaurants and cafés, while just around the corner (if you know your way) you'll find pretty much all of the shops and brands you know, just a little bit more expensive than usual...
It's like Mall of Africa, just 2 degrees warmer, and noticeably more Afrikaans. Well worth the visit for mall-cruising or socialising. Less so for actual shopping.

The area seems to get more and more popular as time goes on. Supermarkets are fairly good and the SPAR has picked up a lot. Some of the restaurants have closed and new ones have opened.

This is a mall in Pretoria which is very clean and modern style. When I went there, it had a big market. It was really nice, I really enjoyed looking at designed things which are almost come from Capetown. And I got a lovely cup, sooo happy. I'd love to go again next year!
