We were a group of 15 people celebrating a bday. The waitress was ok, here and there a few mishaps. We looked forward to having their ribs, but the basting has definitely changed since I last had Spur ribs - it wasn’t as good, but the meat was tender so it was still ok to eat.<br/>Everyone else seemed happy with their food.<br/>The worst though was the volume of the music when they do the bday song or other songs!! My ears are still ringing! I think just a little softer over the speakers would have been as festive and more enjoyable. <br/>Will think twice before I go to a Spur again.

I used to love Spur but boy did they fail to deliver. I asked for medium steak, I got a well done steak, very little seasoned and very dry. Very disappointing. Their prices also increased drastically and my hisband also mentioned the ribs ain’t what it used to be. Different basting.<br/>Service was terribly slow. Top heavy, too manu managers and not enough waiters

Ah good old Spur....same old food, different spur, that's what you can expect from a chain restuarant. The waitress was awesome as we came there for a kid's birthday party. It was packed to the rafters...

My baby brother celebrated his b'day at the k1-racing so it was a no brainer to head to spur with all the kids after. Our table was booked and we found it ready we were given no issues. As each kids ordered they took their name which made it easy when they came to drop the food as the kids where by the play area. The staff really managed the table well and missed only one or two drunk orders. My only quam is with the space as it is very small and it was hard to maneovour around because there was a pram at the next table. But the service was good and meals well prepared I just didn't love all the lettuce in my nachos.

The service was good even though they were very busy! The food was nice, it a Spur, so it was as good as can be expected. They only thing that we had a problem with, was the steak we ordered was as good as raw, even though we ordered it medium rare. But have the nachos, its the bom!

Spur, we all know it and it still manages to have a spot in places we go to for chicken wings. That is all i ever order when i go there and i really enjoy it with their blue cheese dipping sauce. It's familiar, it tastes good and i get cravings for it every now and then so a good place to go if you want to know what you will get. Our waiter that night was very friendly and helpful.
