The restaurant is well taken care of, it's very clean. The operators were very nice and quick with orders. They've got great service.
But I was only dissapointed when I asked them to cut the full chicken in 4. I just got home to find out that the full chicken is missing wings. They remove wings from my chicken and didn't give me. I should have never asked them to cut.

It was ok, but the gentleman working by the teller , gave bad advice on one of the purchases, might have been misunderstanding, so not marking place down for it, I just wish he explained the things better, because we paid an extra R120 and it was a waste.
But other than excellent, I will be back!

What a snag when you hungry. Not the fault of Nandos in Queenswood, but dont their marketing team check these online entries?? They dont do deliveries to Hatfield as per your page. Zomato please correct

I have eaten at this Nandos before, and I have always had a good meal. If you are looking to phone in and place and order though, you won't be able to get through. I don't know if the phones just don't work or if they just don't pick them up, but it's better to just go in yourself.<br/><br/>I went in on Friday and ordered a side of peri wedges, a halloumi and chicken wrap and the 'new' avo and pickled red onion chicken burger.<br/><br/>The wedges were delicious as always, but both the wrap and burger were tasteless and extremely dry. The chicken had no flavour, no seasoning and the chicken was tough and hard to eat. The bread roll was so dry that it just fell apart in your hands. It was so disappointing as I have never had a bad meal at Nandos before.<br/><br/>I hope that it was just an off day and that it doesn't happen again.
